26/08/2025: Posto con poco parcheggio, persone indisponenti sembrava che facessero un favore a servirti. Piatti e pizza nella norma. Credo che non ci torneremo più. Prezzi non all'altezza.

"Da Giando" in Colle di Compito doesn't just make pizza; it creates a work of art of flavor beyond compare. Finally, not the usual "melted cheeses" that, as soon as the pizza cools, turn into bricks. Here, the ingredients remain crisp, the dairy products creamy, and the flavor authentic down to the last slice. It's a pizza that speaks volumes: passion for the raw ingredients and respect for the customer. Other pizzerias? They only leave room for sad comparisons. Highly recommended! 17/10/2025: Excellent value for money. This unpretentious but sincere and welcoming country trattoria offers good value. Reasonable prices and generous portions. A must-visit if in the area.

06/10/2025: Evening with friends, first time at this trattoria but certainly not last. Informal but nice place, crowded but quiet atmosphere, and that's saying something. Often it's difficult even to talk, while here even the tables were far enough apart to allow for a quiet dinner. Great attention to detail. Home cooking, the chef is the son, while the father plays the host with all his might. Everyone is kind, friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. Excellent food, from starters, main courses and desserts with a variety of choices worthy of a great trattoria. The evening was pleasant, the only flaw, not a criticism but rather a suggestion, was that some bone fragments were found in the sauce of the rabbit. It can happen, no problem, maybe a second rinse under water after breaking it. Otherwise everything was fine, including the price of €28 per person, which was fair for the quantity and quality of what we ate. We'll be back.

02/09/2025: A friend took me there for a thin-crust pizza, which is truly delicious. The prices are fair: three topped pizzas, four beers, a bottle of water, three desserts, two coffees, two liqueurs, for a total of €60. The place is very casual, like it's back in the 70s and 80s. I recommend it for those who love thin-crust pizza. It's also a restaurant, but I don't know what the food is like, since I haven't tried it.

05/09/2025: Fixed menu: €12 for meat, €14 for fish. The food is excellent. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant and service are clean. The parking lot is small, with room for 5-6 trucks at most.

01/05/2025: Una garanzia . Primi piatti fatti bene , porzioni giuste. Ottimi e abbondanti i secondi piatti . Piacevole il vino sfuso. In definitiva lo straconsiglio.

26/04/2025: Ristorante molto carino e cibo molto buono, specialmente il cinghiale con la polenta, veramente eccezionale! Anche le pappardelle al ragù bianco sono state un felice sorpresa! Non abbiamo preso gli antipasti, ma la prossima volta li proverò perché sono abbondanti e soprattutto vari. Consigliatissimo!
