07/09/2025: We had a great time. I don't write many reviews, but we ate well. Two fully customizable bowls for €12 each. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling.

29/09/2025: We had lunch there yesterday and it was a lovely surprise: excellent food, impeccable service, and excellent value. We'll be back. P.S. We saw at the table next to us that they also serve a sumptuous sweet and savory Sunday brunch!

23/09/2025: Excellent gelateria and cocktail bar, high-quality artisanal gelato (one of the best in the entire surrounding area, in my opinion). I recommend the salted pistachio, well-balanced in flavor and with a distinct savory note. Centrally located in Castiglioncello's main square, it's perfect for a delicious aperitivo in the heart of town. Good selection of wines and sparkling wines.

12/09/2025: Has the potential to be amazing - but.... Sadly let down by the arrogant man in charge of restaurant. Arrived after a long drive, checked in to accomodation and headed to restaurant for dinner. Despite there being at least 10 empty tables was rudely told I couldn't have a table as I hadn't booked. When I explained I had just arrived he said that's not his problem, and directed me towards the takeaway. I did book a table for the following night but only out of necessity as I had to collect someone from the airport the next night. Food from both the takeaway and restaurant truly excellent however the owners really need to look at this review and deal with the man they have chosen to run it. Night after night we witnessed the same story, lots of empty tables, waiting staff stood about with nothing to do, potential customers rudely turned away because they hadn't booked. The point of staying on a holiday park is the freedom of doing what you want, when you want, and that doesn't include having to have dinner at the time dictated by one rude head waiter. But also consider this - the one night we ate in the restaurant the bill was about 150 euros, which of course included drinks, starters, mains, desserts, digestifs etc, for 6 of us good value. However from the takeaway, which the food comes out the same kitchen, the most we spent was about 70 euros, so this guy is meanimg far less sales as well. I have stayed on about 25 holiday parks across Europe - this is the only one with mandatory reservations, and one of the reasons I would not return to this park. If I have got this wrong and mandatory reservations are the owners policy, you should learn from many of the excellent campsite restaurants around Lake Garda that serve much larger campsites well without such rules.

30/08/2025: Excellent food, punctual and attentive service, very fast despite the busy period, and Alberto, unique and inimitable, the soul of the dining room! Guido promptly found a solution despite a reservation issue caused by the campsite… 🔝 Five-star full board!

25/11/2025: Beautiful place. They offer both all you can eat, and à la carte. We arrived first as soon as they opened for dinner, and ordered something quick a la carte as we have to be ready for the movies in 1 hour (the cinema is next door). I am on a wheelchair so getting to the table was not too hard - the staff will keep any non-automated door open for you. The food arrived quick and warm. Only remarks: I asked for a small chamge in my ramen (I hardly digest gluten and wheat products), I requested to exchange the wheat noodles with soja or rice, and tgey said no - we literally were the first people and I didn't think it was too complicated of a request... I ended up eating the ramen while leaving the noodles behind. It was still good but a bit disappointing .The sushi was good, the gyōza weren't that good as they were quite hard .Thecsake at the end,warm and sweet,was pleasant to close the dinner. My wife requested vegetarian options and they accommodate her with ease .we spent less than 20€ each and it was fine.

13/11/2025: The atmosphere is nice, the service deserves a mention, but alas, I don't think it's the waiters' fault. But the truly scandalous thing is the food. Cantonese rice swimming in oil, limp and cold rolls, bland sushi with hard rice, and to top it off, warm salmon tartare! We're a family of five, all lovers of Asian cuisine, but we'd never experienced food of this poor quality before.

15/09/2025: We were there on vacation last week. The location and ambiance are very nice. However, the service leaves something to be desired. We reserved a table for 7 p.m. at lunchtime. When we arrived shortly beforehand, we were informed that the kitchen didn't open until 7:30 p.m. We had an aperitif until we were seated. The food was okay. Not bad, but nothing special either. The portion sizes are rather small, which makes the price relatively expensive. Things got really strange when it came to paying. Although there were two card readers on the counter, they apparently had no internet and only cash payments were accepted. We didn't receive a receipt because it was just written down by hand on a piece of paper. The payment process was very questionable.

31/08/2025: We went for lunch on a weekday. The location was very nice, close to the sea and charming. The food was good and high-quality, but the prices were too high for the quantity offered. The service was perfect; the girl who served us was good and even friendly. The bill, as mentioned, was too high for what was offered.

19/09/2025: The hotel in Portoferraio is a bit difficult to reach because the dirt road leading to the beach is terrible, but you're rewarded by the breathtaking view you find upon arrival: a hotel overlooking the sea. I didn't stay overnight, but I accompanied a friend. The very kind lady, however, allowed us to take a walk around the area to enjoy the view the hotel offers. It's amazing. Breakfast is served right in front of this natural spectacle. I had the opportunity to take a peek at the rooms, which lack nothing and offer a wonderful sunset.

03/09/2025: Unfortunately, it's no longer as it was in the photos shown on the portal or booking sites. The place would be beautiful, but a bit shabby. Poor maintenance of the grounds And the rooms. The breakfast, however, is phenomenal. Abundant and delicious. For a similar vacation, camping.

18/11/2025: Small pizzeria that offers both takeout and dine-in. The pizza was good. Helpful staff.

26/09/2025: Pizza for 10 The best pizzeria in San Vincenzo, super light but tasty dough Courtesy and friendliness Although there can be some delays in the summer due to the crowds (and here you have to figure out who's working), it's definitely worth the wait. If there aren't any people around, it's always nice to stop and chat. Keep up the good work.

15/11/2025: When you think you know a thing or two about pizza and then suddenly THIS happens. After cycling nearly 440 km through Tuscany, we were looking for a place to eat together before leaving. There were several very good dishes on offer, but this pizza was a real surprise. With its location, amazing food, and friendly people, this restaurant comes highly recommended.

01/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this pokeria in Livorno, and I must say it was a truly excellent experience. The dishes are prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, well-balanced and rich in flavor; you can sense the attention and care with which they're selected and assembled. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful: extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to offer advice with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is also refined and welcoming, clean and inviting, perfect for a lunch break or a light but tasty dinner. In short, a place where you eat well and feel welcome: a true gem here in Livorno. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism and passion!

09/06/2025: Qui puoi cenare di fronte ad una delle più belle spiaggie dell’isola, e se si becca la giornata giusta, si può mangiare con un venticello molto piacevole. Potrebbe dare un pó fastidio il sole, ma è soggettivo. Personale simpatico, cordiale e molto disponibile. Hanni una buona fornitura di pesce fresco, e una distinta qualità dei prodotti. Si paga un pò troppo quello che si mangia, ma ci si alza da tavola contenti e piuttosto pieni. Molto veloci nell’ arrivo dei piatti. Fanno anche le pizze, che sono molto buone, ma ovviamente consiglio di optare per il pesce se si é seduti al ristorante, altrimenti una classica pizza da mangiare sulla spiaggia. Lo consiglio sia per uscite con amici, sia per una cena in famiglia. Assolutamente esperienza positiva!

05/06/2025: Abbiamo pranzato lunedì 2 giugno....qualità buona...ma porzioni piccole in paragone a cio che si paga...., direi per quantità adatte a un bambino. Ma decisamente non conforme alla quantità...(vedi foto) Posto sul mare, bella vista.....ma ripeto troppo caro per le scarse porzioni. Consiglio solo la pizza.

09/09/2025: It's what you'd expect: a restaurant with a prime location and, unfortunately, very poor quality and expensive food. The service is somewhat chaotic and illogical, which is why everything takes longer. The Aperol was good.

04/09/2025: Very nice gelateria, perfect Italian ice cream flavors and the Granite di frutta fresca alla Siiciliana very tasty!

24/08/2025: This pastry shop is renowned for its meringue pies, but when we asked if they had a millefeuille, the lady at the counter replied a little tartly that they don't have any ready-made and that they had to be ordered. We ordered another type of dessert and two rice puddings. When we got home, we noticed that the puddings were a little overcooked, and the dessert was a bit too sweet. I don't think the meringue pie has a puff pastry base; it should be a meringue disc. I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed.

19/10/2025: AMODO, bakery, gelato, coffee... A place where you feel at home, clean, cheerful, youthful, with kind and knowledgeable staff... We had a Caffè Mou and a Vanilla and Coconut Cappuccino, a delight for the palate... A variety of coffees and specialty cappuccinos, and so many other savory treats to try... we'll definitely be back... Thank you

19/10/2025: This is my first time here, and I have to say I'm more than satisfied with both the service and the quality of the food. My order was taken by Alexandra Ioana, who was super kind, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend trying it out. :)
