08/11/2025: Beautiful location and view of the harbor/seafront, good service, and cuisine with room for improvement, but with an authentic flavor and respect for Elba's traditions. Prices are in line with the local average. Recommended.

07/01/2026: I wanted to order takeout pizzas, but they told me they were closing at 8:50 PM and wouldn't deliver, even though the online closing time is listed as 11:30 PM. For a pizzeria, closing at 9 PM can only mean one thing! Close down for good!

04/10/2025: I can't really rate it because we went at 10:20 PM on a Saturday night, tired, returning from a trip, and just wanted three takeout pizzas, but we were told they couldn't give us anything and that they'd already cleaned the oven. It's a shame that both the Facebook page and the door say they close at midnight.

18/01/2026: Every time my kids have swimming competitions, my husband and I have breakfast here. Friendly staff, wide selection of pastries, the wholemeal croissant is excellent... imagine the rest!

28/12/2025: I went to get poke here and most of the ingredients were out of stock, saying they'd arrive the next day. The salmon had a bitter, sour taste and was gray and flaky. The rice wasn't cooked enough.

01/01/2026: A terrible experience from start to finish. The service was incredibly slow: we waited forever just to order, and the dishes arrived haphazardly and coldly. Children ran around the dining room with toys, screaming and banging on tables, without any of the staff saying anything. Zero supervision and zero respect for the customers. The food was the final straw: we found hair on our plates, which was simply unacceptable. The soy sauce was clearly diluted with water, tasteless and watered down, ruining everything. Hygiene was questionable, quality was extremely low, and the atmosphere was chaotic. I would not recommend it to anyone. Avoid absolutely.

31/12/2025: I wouldn't go back. I tried to give this place two chances, but unfortunately, both times were disappointing. The wait was incredibly long; even just for drinks, we waited ages, and there were only five tables in total. The rice was undercooked, and the soy sauce was so thin it felt like we were dipping the sushi in salt water! A bit excessive. Then, the quality of the fish was average, although the tuna seemed to be close to its expiration date. The sushi was poorly and sloppily made. We ordered the mixed sashimi and they didn't even put everything we were supposed to have in it (raw shrimp). On top of that, they also brought us half of what we ordered; we had to order again to get what we wanted. The atmosphere is a bit depressing; they're not very well-maintained, and the paint and stucco on the walls are peeling off. A shame.

12/09/2025: Has the potential to be amazing - but.... Sadly let down by the arrogant man in charge of restaurant. Arrived after a long drive, checked in to accomodation and headed to restaurant for dinner. Despite there being at least 10 empty tables was rudely told I couldn't have a table as I hadn't booked. When I explained I had just arrived he said that's not his problem, and directed me towards the takeaway. I did book a table for the following night but only out of necessity as I had to collect someone from the airport the next night. Food from both the takeaway and restaurant truly excellent however the owners really need to look at this review and deal with the man they have chosen to run it. Night after night we witnessed the same story, lots of empty tables, waiting staff stood about with nothing to do, potential customers rudely turned away because they hadn't booked. The point of staying on a holiday park is the freedom of doing what you want, when you want, and that doesn't include having to have dinner at the time dictated by one rude head waiter. But also consider this - the one night we ate in the restaurant the bill was about 150 euros, which of course included drinks, starters, mains, desserts, digestifs etc, for 6 of us good value. However from the takeaway, which the food comes out the same kitchen, the most we spent was about 70 euros, so this guy is meanimg far less sales as well. I have stayed on about 25 holiday parks across Europe - this is the only one with mandatory reservations, and one of the reasons I would not return to this park. If I have got this wrong and mandatory reservations are the owners policy, you should learn from many of the excellent campsite restaurants around Lake Garda that serve much larger campsites well without such rules.

30/08/2025: Excellent food, punctual and attentive service, very fast despite the busy period, and Alberto, unique and inimitable, the soul of the dining room! Guido promptly found a solution despite a reservation issue caused by the campsite… 🔝 Five-star full board!

15/09/2025: We were there on vacation last week. The location and ambiance are very nice. However, the service leaves something to be desired. We reserved a table for 7 p.m. at lunchtime. When we arrived shortly beforehand, we were informed that the kitchen didn't open until 7:30 p.m. We had an aperitif until we were seated. The food was okay. Not bad, but nothing special either. The portion sizes are rather small, which makes the price relatively expensive. Things got really strange when it came to paying. Although there were two card readers on the counter, they apparently had no internet and only cash payments were accepted. We didn't receive a receipt because it was just written down by hand on a piece of paper. The payment process was very questionable.

02/09/2025: Too isolated, hotel for seniors and families with children. Room and bathroom are reasonably clean.

03/08/2025: A warm greeting to all the entertainment staff, especially Simone, the staff manager, and Manuele. With their dedication, they were able to involve us and the whole family, making this a very enjoyable week. Well done!
