11/11/2025: A truly positive experience! We stopped by by chance and found a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere! Excellent food, short wait, and friendly staff! Highly recommended :)

24/10/2025: We happened upon this restaurant on our last evening of our vacation. The best meal of our entire trip. As my boyfriend said to me: And they don't have a star? Perfect from start to finish. The owner gave us freshly pressed olive oil to go with our bread. After we each chose tortellone, he turned out to be a wine sommelier and recommended a glass of wine to pair with each sauce. And last but not least, dessert. The best tiramisu of the vacation and a delicious walnut chocolate cake with ricotta cream. The owners are incredibly attentive and always up for a laugh.

16/10/2025: We stayed at Villa Preselle for the second time in October and were absolutely thrilled again. After four nights, we returned home feeling completely refreshed. Many thanks to the entire team! All the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast delicious and lovingly prepared. Quality really counts over quantity here. The in-house restaurant is also highly recommended: great food, fair prices, and simply perfect all around. From the villa, you can enjoy many lovely excursions in the surrounding area. We drove to a few of the surrounding towns. The weather in October was perfect: 22–24 degrees Celsius, sunny, and even warm enough for a dip in the pool. It was another truly wonderful time. We'll definitely be back!

16/10/2025: We found this place by accident while driving back from Sicily to Poland. We only stayed one night. It's a wonderful place. A true Tuscan atmosphere. For a moment, we even considered staying another day, but after a three-week vacation, homework called. I highly recommend it. It's a beautiful place, a wonderful restaurant, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It definitely exceeded our expectations. ❤️ Thank you for such a short stay. We left this morning. Kisses to the kitties.

11/10/2025: Simply excellent! We had a huge room at a reasonable price, everyone was friendly, our dog was welcome, and the food in the attached restaurant was good. The breakfast was also decent by Italian standards.

26/09/2025: Everything was excellent, from the food to the staff and the location. I enjoyed fabulous tripe and homemade tortelli. The portions were super generous. Truly excellent.

23/08/2025: The restaurant is a piece of history, which is presented—or rather, re-presented—with a non-invasive yet exciting touch from the owners. Photos of the restaurant before the renovations are available to view inside, allowing you to fully appreciate the philosophy, already ingrained in the early days. You'll be welcomed by the host, Nicola, who for two years has been on a journey of presenting the public with spirits, bitters, and similar beverages, every conceivable variety, to satisfy the most diverse needs. Equally helpful in the dining room is Rachele, who with quiet diligence serves delicacies from the kitchen, the domain of their mother, Silvia. Rounding out the experience are the father and grandmother, equally committed to achieving the family's shared goal of running the restaurant. The dishes are traditional, indulgent yet sumptuous, satisfying both the mind and the palate. They also serve biscuits and fresh pasta, and their dry and leavened products are always handcrafted, with variations based on the whims of the moment, yet respectful of the Maremma terroir. Finally, in addition to the aforementioned alcoholic drinks, we offer a fine wine list, representing the Morellino region and beyond, where the Provveditore farm is located, further showcasing their indigenous heritage. Finally, I might add that you'll occasionally find themed evenings, given their passion for all things related, which isn't limited to the province/region but also includes national delicacies, brought back from their travels and made available to the public after establishing relationships with commendable businesses in the restaurant and "neighboring" sectors. A space for those who can also play a grand piano, which is not a given, because music is a union with the Earth. In short, a place to experience not only with the mouth but also with the senses, leaving the door of the heart open to be flooded by their humble yet unique way of being.

10/10/2025: We stopped in for coffee and ate everything the house had to offer. Pasta, dumplings, regional meats, and cakes. The service was friendly. It was clean and pleasant.

09/09/2025: Very pleasant place and service. Home-made regional cuisine at great prices. We were seven people and we all recommend it.

02/10/2025: we ordered pistachio coffee and crema di caffe and wow !!!!!!!! definitely life changing and the workers are absolute sweethearts <3 would def go back when visiting milan!

28/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can't highly recommend this restaurant. I had what was probably the worst carbonara of my life here. It tasted like plain pasta with egg, and the ham was cheap and absolutely disgusting. The service was okay, but not outstanding.

13/11/2025: The place is just as I like it, spartan but high quality. I had penne all'amatriciana, delicious, al dente just as I like it, well filled, but above all I asked for plenty and they arrived just like that, really full marks.

25/10/2025: Unfortunately this morning Saturday 25 October the lady who was on duty was not kind at all so much so that I left she continued to wash her cups imperturbably without paying me the slightest attention she made a gentleman pay and made a coffee for another and still nothing we were a crowd of three people who struggled to ask in the meantime what I wanted I also had the bar and I immediately recognize when someone does it against their will perhaps this morning it would have been better to stay at home by doing so the customers are lost

04/10/2025: It’s a shame Google only allows five stars – this place truly deserves a sixth! Aby and Zenovia made our stay unforgettable — their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail were beyond amazing. We came for our honeymoon and got upgraded to a stunning room with a dreamy Tuscan view. Everything was spotless, stylish, and full of charm. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had — can’t wait to come back! 🍷🌿✨

02/10/2025: Overall, we were very disappointed; the extremely positive reviews had predicted a great hotel. The hotel room's entrance sign was torn, the glass in the entrance door was painted over, or whatever; it certainly didn't look good. Some of the loungers by the pool were in a desolate state! The room was rather plain, the cleaning was poor, the shower was a compact plastic coffin with slightly moldy joints. A tiny closet in which you could only hang a few things, and only hang them! The food wasn't great either; it was very oily and greasy. The service was very attentive and friendly! A nice cold pool (supposedly heated) and the view is great. But is that enough! We won't be repeating this! I'm curious to see how long my review will remain on the hotel's website, or whether it will be removed so that the "great" hotel can continue to boast a 4.7 rating!
