25/08/2024: We chose this place on the recommendation of local people to taste the Florentine, with very high expectations which, unfortunately, were only partially satisfied. We had dinner in the small room at the entrance, made up of a few tables and unfortunately not air conditioned (at least the evening we were there), so we suffered a bit from the heat. The service was excellent: the waitress was very attentive and courteous, really compliments! As anticipated, we decided to try the Florentine steak, a cut weighing approximately 1.5 kg. Although the cooking was PERFECT, the meat was very nervous and at times difficult to eat... We probably weren't lucky with the piece. The flavor was still great, a real shame. The starter, side dish and desserts, however, were really good! Very honest prices. I would like to recommend the place.

19/11/2024: Having ended up here by chance with a friend along our travel cycle, we were lucky enough to have dinner in what turned out to be a truly excellent restaurant, from the first courses to the second courses, including the wine and desserts, all truly superb, the lamb ribs with finger steak they were "moving". Truly exceptional value for money, highly recommended.

09/12/2024: Accoglienza super, io e la mia ragazza siamo arrivati con il cane e ci hanno subito dato una ciotola con l'acqua per la cagnetta. Il personale gentile ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Il cibo era molto buono e quello avanzato ci è stato incartato con cura per potercelo portare a casa. Prezzo molto basso per la quantità e qualità dei piatti. Infine ci hanno regalato un muffin al cioccolato, così per gentilezza. é stato molto piacevole e lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti

14/08/2024: Nice place with great quality. The welcome to the customer is made of sympathy and cordiality, so you already feel at home. The food, simple but well prepared, is exquisite. It has few places so it is advisable to book. The environment is simple and spartan but makes everything more natural. It is definitely a place I will return to.

Recommended by our Host Claudia from Gerfalco (go there if you want to be in total relaxation) and we were more than satisfied. 02/10/2024: Dopo un bel giro nei boschi, ci siamo fermati da Sbrana con i miei amici che gia' conoscevano il posto. Wow, che pranzo abbiamo fatto: la tartare con i funghi freschi, lumache, tagliere, pappardelle con cinghiale e una con i funghi, pici all'aglione tutto da 10. Servizio top e prezzo ottimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Da tornare sicuro quando in zona.

27/08/2024: Prenotato per due persone. Ci rechiamo al ristorante il proprietario ci dice che ci avrebbe messo in un tavolo fuori. Serata ventosa e appena piovuto. Nessuno tavolo fuori era apparecchiato data la serata fredda e ventosa. Ci dice che se volevamo un tavolo interno avremmo dovuto specificarlo all'atto della prenotazione. Assurdo!!! Probabilmente la fortuna di essere in una posizione vantaggiosa fa si che alla proprieta' non importa granche' scontentare e allontanare i clienti. Peccato!!
