15/09/2025: A typical Maremma restaurant. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and warm. We ate excellent food, including an amazing Florentine steak that melted in our mouths! The staff was friendly, smiling, and ready to offer any description of the dishes. The wine recommendation was excellent, and the dessert was superb! The price was fair considering the quality of the products. They even accepted our beagle.

23/08/2025: A unique and rare experience! You need to book well in advance because the place is very small, which makes it all the more magical. Caterina is a top-notch host, who, in addition to her superb cooking, brightens the evening with her cheerful disposition. You can tell she loves her job, and it shows in her dishes! The menu, hand-prepared to order, changes daily. I recommend trying as many dishes as possible because you won't get to try everything else again. We've been coming for three years, and I always try to return. The negative reviews about the management and the size of the place are laughable: if you're not suited to this type of experience, avoid coming and write a false review of such a magical place! Caterina is the owner, cook, and waitress! I don't think you'll have the chance to experience this anywhere else!

Even the first glance at the dishes revealed: The food is cooked with true passion – no frills, but with quality, tradition, and respect for good ingredients. The grilled chicken was an absolute highlight: perfectly crispy on the outside with a rich herb crust, buttery soft and juicy on the inside. Served with golden-brown roasted potatoes – slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – just like you'd expect from a good Italian family kitchen. Down-to-earth, honest, and excellent. The pasta with fresh clams was pure Mediterranean joie de vivre on a plate. Perfectly al dente, accompanied by aromatic olive oil, garlic, fresh parsley, a hint of tomato, and finely chopped pistachios – a combination that surprises and delights. Every bite tasted of the sea, sun, and Italian craftsmanship. The carpaccio was extremely high-quality – wafer-thin slices of excellent quality beef, tender as butter, topped with freshly shaved truffles. A dish you only find in restaurants that uncompromisingly rely on top-quality ingredients. ⸻ Conclusion Authentic, fresh, high-quality, and prepared with great attention to detail. You can taste that the food is still cooked according to traditional methods – without compromise. A culinary insider tip for anyone who wants to experience Italy, not just eat it. 30/09/2025: MUST TRY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were on vacation with my girlfriend, and it quickly became our go-to place for eating out. The homemade pasta was excellent (with the accompanying ragu, wild boar, hare, or classic), and the house wine was good. The meat was also good, both the mixed grill and the fillet (I recommend "trusting" them and having it served lightly seasoned with their spice mix, which was truly excellent). The homemade desserts were excellent (Tiramisu, ZuppaInglese, and Crema Catalama). In addition to bread, they also serve you some Schiacciata (a type of focaccia), which was very good. Rustic but very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

16/08/2025: Good dishes: cappelletti with fish sauce, squid, and shrimp stuffed with ricotta and porcini mushrooms. Rice with cuttlefish and seafood pasta. Mixed fried fish with mixed seafood, shrimp, and squid. I recommend it. Excellent service.

29/10/2025: The breakfast was excellent. There was everything you could possibly need, and it was excellent quality. The rooms were large. The location was quiet and had a beautiful view of Lake Accesa.

The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is perfect – quiet, surrounded by nature, and ideal for those who enjoy being active. The trailheads are right next to the agriturismo – it couldn't be better for those who love biking! Everything is very clean and well-maintained, and you immediately notice that great importance is placed on quality here. I would particularly like to highlight the food: simply outstanding! The antipasti are a dream – fresh, varied, and prepared with great flavor. An all-around wonderful place to relax, enjoy, and be active. I will definitely be back!

28/08/2025: Family dinner to celebrate our son's birthday in an intimate setting. A generous menu, perfectly balanced flavors, and finishing the full three-course meal (appetizer, two first courses that were supposed to be half portions but were actually full portions, tailored for a miner coming off a diet feeling rather pissed off, second course, and side dish) was a challenge! Of course, if you're expecting experiential cuisine, you're wrong. You come here to enjoy good company, pampering yourself with dishes from the past. And, let's be clear, it's experiential cuisine: the mixed roast beef with potatoes tasted exactly like the kiss your grandmother would secretly give you when your parents grounded you. To the legendary couple of managers, innkeepers and cooks, I can only say: don't give a damn about average tastes, and be more daring with some things. I think you'll do great. I'll definitely be back in the company of shady individuals I usually call friends. Threat or promise, I'll leave it up to you to decide! Kisses!

02/10/2025: Excellent place... the food was truly excellent. We ate special homemade ravioli, and to say "special" is an understatement... the tripe was enchanting, truly well-made. The dessert, a custard and pine nut tart, made this lunch a perfect end. The coffee was also excellent, and the herb liqueur was divine. All this was complemented by the kindness and professionalism of the guy—I think his name is Salvatore—who not only served us divinely but also gave us great advice. Congratulations indeed.

02/10/2025: Very friendly staff. We were almost the only non-Italians. Everyone else was Italian. It was so nice. We had a very good meal; it wasn't stressful, but we didn't have to wait long either. The starters were very good and beautifully presented. The wood-fired pizzas were very crispy, beautifully topped, and very tasty. If we had to find a fault, it was the knives, which weren't very suitable for the pizzas (they were blunt). Thank you so much for everything.
