07/01/2026: Discovered by chance, returning home after the holidays in early January. Truly hospitable, the service was prompt and courteous, and the food was excellent. Mrs. Daniela told us the story of her ancestors and the pasta factory they opened in the late 1800s. I must mention the ricotta and spinach tortelli she made, which are without a doubt the best I've ever tasted, with a delicate ragù. We took some portions home, which I ate again today, finding them superb. The ribollita soup, the lemon veal cutlet, the baked potatoes, and the bruschetta and crostini as appetizers were delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't try the wine because I had to drive. The price was fair. If I may say so, this cuisine certainly reflects passion and a heartfelt craft, and believe me, the result shows. I highly recommend it.

27/08/2025: It's a shame that the negatives prevail because the food is good. The positives: Excellent dishes like the risotto and the panna cotta, but they lack refinement. A sublime setting in the middle of nowhere. The negatives: The reservation, where I had specified that it was to celebrate a birthday, was not noted, and if I hadn't received the reservation email, I think we would have been politely told to leave. You can imagine that there was no attention paid to the birthday party. We clearly felt like we were intruding and/or they were overwhelmed because there was an extra table. The wait was very long, and longer than the tables next to us. There were two adults and a child. The child got his meal first and had time to eat it before we were served... No apologies from them, shifty looks from the waitresses... The other tables had a basket with salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. available. Not us... Very, very little choice for the children. In short, behaving like this towards customers is completely unprofessional. While wanting to share my experience, I saw that I wasn't the only one to have experienced this.

26/08/2025: Stunning location, meticulously maintained and surrounded by nature, a relaxing atmosphere, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. As for the food, the charcuterie and cheese platter was among the best I've ever had, and the wine was excellent, too.

22/10/2025: Very nice hotel complex. The golf course is very nice and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, there is no longer a golf pro in mid-October! Rooms are fine with good room service! The food is excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised by the evening buffet. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. TOP! The beach is far away (about 15 minutes by car), but it is a very nice sandy beach with a friendly beach attendant!

16/10/2025: The place would be beautiful, very well-kept golf course but, apart from the restaurant bar near the pool, there is no caddy master service, reception with very limited hours, accommodation in dated and uncomfortable units

18/12/2025: One of the best meals we had in Italy served and cooked by one of the best couples we’ve ever met in our life. Roberto and Antonia were so kind and caring when we rudely showed up pretty close to closing time. They gave us an amazing seafood gnocchi that was so fresh and filling and shared some of the evening with us. It was truly an unforgettable night with an unforgettable view.

17/10/2025: Gavorrano, a most beautiful mountain village in Toscanu Italy and the must visit small family restaurant. The most friendly and joyful host and wonderful cookery by his wife. A joyful evening mid October 2025.

09/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. First things first: the pizza was good (although the edges were quite burnt), but with everything else, personally, we're not happy. We arrived here at 8:30 PM, seated under the awning with half the place empty, the rest still waiting to be served. The live music and karaoke were truly annoying; you couldn't talk to or hear the people sitting next to you. Regarding the pizzas, we were told there was "a bit of a wait, if you want to get some fried food in the meantime." We agreed. The fried food (two measly plates) arrived 40 minutes later, and the pizzas arrived at 10:00 PM: unacceptable, especially when there are hungry children who don't know what patience is (we do too, after a certain point). Of course, the staff was also courteous, but there's no way that long a wait can be justified by the fact that their oven is small and management has changed: you have to be able to fulfill orders in a normal timeframe, like all pizzerias do. And I don't accept the phrase "the wait was worth it for the pizza," because there are plenty of equally good pizzerias out there, but they served my pizza after 15 minutes, not after an hour and a half! Sorry, I don't recommend it.

01/09/2025: Good initial welcome, but a 1-hour wait. The octopus appetizer was much more potatoes than octopus, €15, not worth it. The seafood risotto and spaghetti with the same sauce were full of butter. I pointed out that they said the risotto sauce is made with butter, so since I ordered it for spaghetti, it's the same. I've never seen butter in this type of dish. We're sorry, but the experience was negative. In the negative reviews from 2 years ago, you said that criticism helps improve. That doesn't seem to be the case at the moment. We hope so.

29/10/2025: We drove there in the morning and reserved a table for 12 noon. We arrived at 11:45 a.m. The restaurant was open, the music was playing, and a woman was there who said it wouldn't open until 12 noon and that we could sit in the garden to wait. We went for a walk and returned at 11:55 a.m. We sat down and waited. At 12 noon, we wanted to go into the restaurant, but it was closed. We knocked and waited another 5 minutes, but no one was there. So we left. Since the website stated that it was open continuously from 12 noon to 11 p.m., we drove back at 4:30 p.m., but it was closed. The restaurant looks nice, but there's no food. The access road to the restaurant is terrible; even driving at a walking pace will damage your car. Therefore, absolutely not recommended!!!
