A splendid venue, both for its location immersed in the Maremma countryside and for its refined, welcoming, country-chic decor. The service is friendly. Gluten-free bread and pasta are available upon request. The wine list is good, with interesting options both by the bottle and by the glass, sourced from their cellar. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes we chose were tasty and well-prepared. The bill isn't cheap, but overall, it's adequate for the quality of the experience.

The brioche is simply the best I've ever had: soft and fragrant, perfectly balanced, you can immediately taste the quality of the dough and the care taken in its preparation. The great thing is that everything else is of the same high standard; the sweet pastries are all extremely well-crafted. Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

07/02/2026: I stayed at this hotel with my family from August 30th to September 6th, 2025, on a half-board basis, and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, the food excellent, and the breakfast buffet was generous and fresh every morning. The service was excellent (I'd say competitive with a 4-star hotel), and the staff were courteous and competent, as well as available to answer any questions. Although it feels like a luxury hotel, it actually has a family atmosphere—in Tuscany, we call it "down-to-earth." I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there.
07/12/2025: I dined at this restaurant for an 18th birthday. The party was organized perfectly, down to the smallest detail. The dinner was excellent, featuring quality ingredients.
