13/04/2025: Avevamo già apprezzato la cucina e il servizio di questo ristorante 3 o 4 anni fa. Non abitiamo nelle vicinanze, ma ci eravamo trovati così bene che abbiamo deciso di tornarci oggi. Come allora, una conferma: carbonara eccezionale, carne morbidissima che si scioglie in bocca, fritto leggero, asciutto, croccante e saporito. Tiramisù delizioso, da fare il bis. Ottimo anche il vino. Prezzo più che giusto, considerando l’abbondanza e la qualità dei piatti. Tutto perfetto. Assolutamente da provare se siete in zona… altrimenti fate come noi: allungate un po’ la strada, perché ne vale davvero la pena. Alla prossima 😉

12/04/2025: We stopped in for dinner on Thursday, as we were nearby and love this restaurant. It's one of those where we always bring guests. Our first thought as soon as we arrived was: this restaurant is under new management. The decor had changed, the staff was different, our favorite wine was no longer available, the food wasn't quite what we knew and loved in the past.

14/12/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo posto attratti dalle recensioni negative che ci parlavano soprattutto della signora cafona alla cassa. Molto prevenuti, siamo andati carichi e pronti a risponderle con un bel vaffa alla prima scortesia, invece abbiamo trovato degli ottimi panini, personale gentilissimo, accogliente e Generoso; abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto non richiesto e in omaggio un assaggio di una cosa tipica. è proprio un posto da non ritornarci Se invece vuoi essere trattato male e mandato a quel paese dalla cassiera🤣

03/04/2025: Historic pastry shop in the heart of Perugia, I really appreciate the sweet and savory pastries of this place. Also not to be underestimated are the semifreddos and/or cold cakes in general, very good. They also have gluten free products, few of them, but they look appetizing. I appreciate the friendliness and the internal space. Perfect for a breakfast, aperitif and to reserve desserts (especially cold) for some occasion. Very recommended!

04/03/2025: Ho conosciuto questo posto tramite una mia amica. Un buonissimo pranzo con amici e parenti. Piatti abbondanti e molto gustosi. Il bimbo della mia amica si è anche divertito nello spazio giochi x bimbi. Anche i prezzi erano giusti a mio parere. Personale veloce e molto gentile (non poco di questi tempi). Torneremo presto.

08/04/2025: But how do you, in a traditional Tuscan trattoria, find industrial Maremma tortelli, as well as pici??? And what's more, watery and also seasoned with a fake wild boar ragù? Not to mention the table setting, with paper tablecloths and cutlery with plastic handles that are not very clean.... And yes, you pay 2 euros for the cover charge!! And the bathroom above the tiny spiral staircase? Made especially for the elderly and disabled.... certainly light years away from being minimally compliant. I give 2 stars because the mixed roast dishes and the french fries were good and plentiful. But what a disappointment not to find homemade pasta and the famous Tuscan ragù in a restaurant that reviews pass off as typical!! Where has the cook Rosanna gone? Not recommended!

01/04/2025: We had been here ten years ago and had eaten very well. During our time at home, we happened to remember this place and today, passing not too far away, we decided to go back. Now as then. We ate very well, rediscovering the flavors we remembered. Pici all'aglione, appetizer of cold cuts and pickles, soft and juicy meat cooked superbly, serious fries. Everything was excellent, like lunch at grandma's:) Classic Tuscan trattoria atmosphere, not artificial. Thanks, see you next time. A jewel, worth trying.

24/03/2025: Oh, it's so delicious...ㅜㅜ I honestly don't know the menu well, so I don't know the name, but the cream in the first picture... This really has a taste, flavor, and aroma that I've never had in Korea... Honestly, dipping bread in this cream is more in line with Korean style, so dip the bread they give you before the meal here, it's awesome. There aren't really any Koreans in this neighborhood, so they looked at me and my wife strangely. Maybe it was because we ordered too much. I felt a little burdened by the customers' stares, but it was so delicious, and we had to go to Rome quickly, so I couldn't enjoy the tiramisu and coffee dessert. The biggest regret is that I left a lot of food behind. But if we order it together, Koreans will feel the same way. My recommendation is to order the first cream, a truffle cheese(?) cream(?) pasta, and a type of tomato pasta. It would be good. The owner can speak English and is friendly! First of all, it seems like a truffle specialty restaurant, so everything on the truffle menu looks really delicious. Truffle cheese? Cream? The pasta and gnocchi are both delicious, and the ragu is also delicious! It tastes like a really steamed ragu, so Koreans might think it's a bit strong. But the important thing here is... It's better to put aside the fast-paced pace and culture of Koreans and visit for a couple of hours haha.
