23/09/2025: Delicious sandwiches, piadinas, and pizzas. There's also outdoor seating at the streetside garden tables. A must-visit every time I pass through Civitella!

23/11/2025: Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. The glass-fronted dining room is a bit chilly, but the place is clean. The interior is warm and welcoming.
The truffle tortelli and the off-menu pumpkin first courses are excellent.

02/01/2026: Perugia's historic pastry shop offers a wide variety of all kinds of products. We particularly enjoyed the lactose-free chocolate panettone, which was truly delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The staff was friendly, and we applaud their attention to food intolerances.

10/12/2025: A Sunday lunch with my wife at a place you have to find if you want it: it's a little out of the way (not that much), but it's definitely worth it! Surrounded by beautiful countryside with views of the flowing Ombrone River, the lovely restaurant serves traditional dishes, along with some unique ones.
Tortelli with ragù, pappardelle with wild boar, polenta with truffles, and a dessert to finish.... Everything was excellent, as was Francesca's service, a blend of empathy and professionalism. Highly recommended!!
06/12/2025: A traditional location surrounded by greenery, friendly staff, and quality products at more than fair prices. We had a wonderful time in every way, and we'll definitely be back!

The small dining room has limited seating, so reservations are practically mandatory, and it's a bit smoky (perhaps due to a faulty kitchen exhaust fan). 14/12/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questo posto attratti dalle recensioni negative che ci parlavano soprattutto della signora cafona alla cassa. Molto prevenuti, siamo andati carichi e pronti a risponderle con un bel vaffa alla prima scortesia, invece abbiamo trovato degli ottimi panini, personale gentilissimo, accogliente e Generoso; abbiamo ricevuto uno sconto non richiesto e in omaggio un assaggio di una cosa tipica.
è proprio un posto da non ritornarci Se invece vuoi essere trattato male e mandato a quel paese dalla cassiera🤣

18/12/2025: A restaurant from another era, located in an apartment on the first floor of a building in the village of Pari, a village well worth a visit. The dishes are excellent, but patience is required: the grill is in the (small) fireplace in one of the dining rooms, and preparation takes a while. The inability to pay by POS and/or credit card is unforgivable, unforgivable, and probably even illegal... The one star for service is due to this serious shortcoming.
08/12/2025: Time passes for everyone, and even the legendary Siro, a few years ago, handed the reins over to his son.
While under the old management you could accept the lack of a menu and prices, as well as cash-only payments without a receipt, that's no longer acceptable.
And even more so with the prices being much higher than in the past.
And the quality of the food isn't what it used to be (except for the cold cuts and steak).
I'm not saying the food is bad, especially for those who didn't come here when Siro was there.
With him, it was a whole different story,
a shame.

11/09/2025: An authentic estate, where love for the land and care for creation are paramount. There are rooms for sleeping, a restaurant, a shop selling truly zero-mile local products, and an educational farm. There's plenty of space both inside and out.
07/09/2025: Slow food cuisine at its finest – a huge estate with its own cattle and pigs – all with plenty of space to roam and organically cultivated.
Both the ham and bacon variations from the Cinta Senese pork as an appetizer and the Maremma marinara grilled on a wood grill were so indescribably good and tasty that even the longer journey was worthwhile. An attached shop with wine, olive oil, and sausages and meat products invites you to shop.
The completely uncomplicated, friendly atmosphere on the spacious grounds is also very pleasant.
