04/03/2026: We went for dinner over the weekend. The food is good, but you have to be a fan of the genre to know what to expect. The staff has been underestimated for a long time; we even went for a lunch break and ended up way over the hour. On the other hand, the staff is incredible; they work incredibly hard, you never see them standing still; amidst the chaos, there was a smile and a joke with our daughter. The atmosphere is much more chaotic than other places in the chain, but the high ceiling and the tables outside the room facing the gym don't help. We'll definitely be back; we almost always know what to expect by now.

20/01/2026: The food is excellent; if the dining room is full, the wait can be longer, but every dish served is a guarantee (the homemade pasta is a MUST). Extremely kind and helpful staff, a must-try for Florentines. Excellent value for money (not only for the food, but also for the wines).

12/01/2026: A very positive experience. Nestled in the green Tuscan countryside, 25 minutes from the center of Florence, lies Trattoria I Ricchi. It enjoys a splendid view of the hills. The dining room has a rustic and refined atmosphere. The veranda offers views and sunlight. The dishes are generous and traditional. The price is more than fair for the quality and quantity offered. The meat was truly excellent. Recommended.

They reserved a private room for us, and to the accompaniment of some very pleasant music, we enjoyed Tuscan dishes prepared with care and skill, including an excellent schiacciata filled with whipped cream. 06/03/2026: Interesting place that I wasn't familiar with, and where I visited for the first time a few weeks ago. I had excellent fish ravioli, and the service was very efficient.

01/03/2026: Last night I dined at this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. We ordered several pizzas: the ingredients were generally decent, but the dough was really heavy and hard to digest. Some of us struggled to finish it, and a few even felt the effects throughout the night. The service wasn't up to par either: the wait was quite long (I can understand the rush), but what was most disappointing was the unfriendly attitude. Simple questions were followed by annoyed answers and unprofessional grimaces. These are details that make a difference and, unfortunately, dampen our desire to return. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and as of now, I seriously doubt I'll return.

We started with a truly generous and delicious Tuscan appetizer, accompanied by truly excellent homemade bread. For our first course, we had homemade squid ink gnocchi, delicious and well-balanced. The meat was also excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was elegant, perfect for a quiet dinner or for hosting events or special evenings. Recommended if you're looking for authentic flavors in a charming location.
