Sarzolo In Sesto fiorentino

15/02/2024: Stunning location. Good dish with worthy presentation. Very courteous and prepared staff. 3 stars and not 5 because they fall precisely on their strong point: the wine. I didn't appreciate the proposals but this is personal taste, to remain objective however, just as I found the prices of the courses too balanced, I couldn't tolerate the 150% unjustified mark-up on bottles. I'm in the industry. But whoever isn't, by drinking a 30 euro bottle, knows that he is drinking a 12 euro wine (retail price....). Increase the price of the dishes where YOU put your hand and make sure that your customers appreciate your cuisine immersed in the beautiful location, tasting a GOOD wine, which enhances everything. 28/01/2024: Fabulous place just outside the center of Florence. Wide choice of quality wines. Excellent food (I recommend the mixed Tuscan dish of lampredotto, tripe etc..). Friendly staff. Perhaps the only flaw was the dessert, otherwise I recommend it to everyone and I will be back soon!
