13/09/2025: Good experience. The variety of meats was satisfying and readily available. I found the service average. The meat was good and cooked appropriately. It's a meat-focused restaurant, a grill, so meat lovers can go there with peace of mind and have a variety of options to choose from. In my opinion, the prices are in line with the products offered; after all, it's fair to pay for quality. I recommend it.

24/12/2025: Traditional Tuscan and Florentine appetizers are mouth-watering! Their bottled wine and olive oil, also produced in-house, are excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

01/01/2026: Wonderful pampering. Wide choice of pairings. Time passes pleasantly, chatting with friends and enjoying an aperitif. The lampredotto is simply exceptional. The staff is kind, courteous, and youthful, and it exudes a sense of serenity. I recommend it and would return.

31/12/2025: A New Year's Eve aperitivo! We ate more than a typical New Year's Eve dinner, drank very well, and were greeted wonderfully (while we waited outside, they offered us four treats), in a small, cozy atmosphere. 5 stars for life!

Finally, a good, light, digestible, and above all, quality pizza, whether you order it in or take it out. It doesn't get rubbery like it often does...Well done, guys!

21/12/2025: The management has changed, and so has the name of the pizzeria. It's now called Moto Perpetuo. The space has been modernized, with much more seating available. Fast service and very good pizza. The staff is friendly and helpful.

13/01/2026: The day we were there, they had a set menu with a choice of three first courses, two second courses, and two side dishes. There was no other option. The prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was informal and popular with locals.

06/01/2026: A restaurant in the hills of Florence, visited on a rainy day in mid-December. The place is charming and welcoming, with a large and friendly staff. Recommended by Florentine friends, but I expected more traditional dishes: for example, the ribollita was missing, although perhaps it wasn't the right day. I think the menu could use some reworking, giving more emphasis to traditional dishes. The prices are medium-high, but the dishes don't entirely justify the cost. I'll probably return, but I'll be more careful when choosing my dishes.

05/01/2026: We booked a table for 20 people to say goodbye to a friend who was leaving. At first, everything seemed normal, but with the entrees, it was a disaster: ridiculous portions, people with nothing on their plates, and we had to reorder to accommodate everyone. The real problem was the owner. He started yelling at the staff and our table, threatening us and treating the other customers arrogantly. He ordered the kitchen to close immediately, ignoring the people who were still eating. When he tried to remove a plate left for a girl who was late, a confrontation broke out in which he was disrespectful, aggressive, and completely out of control. We never asked for the plate to be remade, just to leave it there so the girl could eat. In the end, we paid for everything, including the two forkfuls she was able to eat, just to avoid further problems caused by the owner. It was a terrible experience, ruined solely by the owner's total lack of professionalism, respect, and self-control. He made the evening impossible and proved incapable of handling even normal situations. We will never return and strongly advise against this place.

04/11/2025: Kindness, beauty, and goodness: these are the main ingredients of the perfect recipe. Eating at Saladier is like eating at grandma's house, where you can feel the love and attention to every detail. The grandma's cake I ate today took me back in time. What a joy! Thank you ❤️
