09/03/2025: We returned after a few years to eat the tortelli and ravioli which as a dough are always very good, a pity about the ragù sauce, which was a little too salty (at least for our personal tastes) and a little more could have been added. As appetizers we took the pecorino with honey, which was also good, as were the Tuscan crostini with livers, except for the ones with mushrooms which were a little flavourless, perhaps due to the frozen product (a possibility highlighted in any case on the menu). Too bad the bread at the base of the crostini is not slightly heated (but not toasted), as per the Tuscan recipe. The dining room staff is very kind and welcoming as always. Overall, the price/quality ratio can be good depending on the dishes that are chosen.

22/02/2025: I am so happy I found this place. Everything on the menu is either vegetarian or vegan. First, I ordered spaghetti with broccoli, olives, capers and a bit of tomato. The meal was good, but not for 10, I would give it 8/10. But then I ordered sformatino (my first time eating sformatino) with red onions and it was delicious, 10/10. The onion on the top was perfectly crunchy and salty. And the meal also looked amazing! I finished my lunch with semifreddo (it's like a mix of ice cream and a cake) with nuts, which was also perfect, 10/10. The waitress was very kind and I appreciate that she didn't switch to English when she heard my broken Italian. (: The ambient is bright and homely, and the place seems to attract people who come to peacefully enjoy food. I am definitely recommending this place!! It will definitely be the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Borgo San Lorenzo. I love the name of the place as well, nice word play, Magn'etico!

21/02/2025: My wife and I, ultra-convinced vegans, had the pleasure of eating in this splendid place today! Very high quality food cooked with great skill and passion by the chef and served by the waitress with extreme grace and kindness!!!! Fried fish, in short, nothing amazing considering that I did a takeaway €54 for 2 fried dishes made only of calamari and shrimp and a spaghetti of cicadas, definitely not very tasty everything... really too expensive for a quality that can be found everywhere

17/02/2025: Trattoria near the Sambuco pass. Discovered by chance, we had lunch near the large fireplace in a very familiar atmosphere. The homemade pappardelle with wild boar is good and the rib cooked in front of us on the embers of the fireplace is good. To discover. Access could be improved, but we are in the mountains...Great place.

15/08/2024: Yes it's true, after a GF of 110km and 2500m of altitude you are very hungry and very thirsty in these places, when you come across characters like the very kind and talented lady with so much patience, memory and excellent organizational ability everything takes on much more fascinating contours because they leave a beautiful day in your heart 💓 and in your mind, with the right company and with the right hunger and desire to feel good together!!! Working on behalf of others in catering plays an important role because it is not easy and when the street offers you encounters of such efficiency and skill the heart smiles and we must give gratitude to those who offer this smile to you in all its simple transparency!!! And the sandwiches are delicious 😋😋🤗🤗 🚲 👍🏻🎶
