01/04/2026: Excellent lunch with friends, we booked about a month in advance. My friends really enjoyed the tortelli, but they already knew the place. They were very well prepared for gluten-free dining. I managed to eat a mixed antipasto with gluten-free bagged bread and a well-made first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The sauce was good, and the pasta was well-cooked. If not homemade, buy fresh. I saw they also have gluten-free craft beer in the fridge. The pizza also looked good. Recommended.

08/08/2026: Nice location, terrible and rude service. The fried porcini mushrooms were unfortunately soft, watery, and flavorless; while the three small but tasty cod meatballs... a pizza without merit. The thing that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth is that at checkout, the mushrooms were still charged, even though we had rejected them at the kitchen.

At 1,000 meters above sea level, the food is guaranteed to be fresh, the food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In this corner of paradise, you'll find the legendary Tamara, the owner, a one-of-a-kind person. If you go, I recommend the potato tortelli or ricotta and spinach. The grilled meat is excellent.

06/04/2026: I returned to Marzano after 20 years, when Grandma Gioconda was still here. Everything has remained the same, but Aia di Martino is the icing on the cake! Authentic flavors, traditional dishes made just as grandma used to make them. Homemade tortelli and ravioli are hard to find anymore. An oasis of peace immersed in nature and with the animals of a real old farm.

01/08/2026: We went here because the previous restaurant we knew was closed. Our experience was pleasantly positive. Although we aren't particularly fond of meat (its specialty), which we didn't choose for our main course, the selection, attention to detail, presentation, quantity, and quality were all worthy of a standing ovation. Worth mentioning is the excellent wine list and, last but not least, the waiter for his courtesy and careful description of the courses, but especially of the wines and spirits we ordered to round out this delightful experience. Highly recommended, especially for steak lovers. Update: It's become our go-to place (and "detour," to use Michelin's term) when we're in the area. Highly recommended, and (Marco/Matteo) is a splendid sommelier.

07/08/2026: A craving for artisanal ice cream led us to choose the place with the best reviews. But the service was appalling, and they only had industrial ice cream behind a freezer display case. We were better off choosing another place!
