A small restaurant with limited seating but plenty to offer: refined cuisine with a strong local flavour (I really enjoyed the trout and guinea fowl) with a knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Professionalism is paramount here, and it's definitely worth trying the dishes and soaking up the atmosphere. It may seem rude to say, but unlike other similar restaurants, they don't feel like it here! Personally, I appreciated the option to pair them with quality beers. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!

26/10/2025: We ate lunch during a walk through the beautiful forests of the Casentino Park. The food was plentiful and good quality, the service was courteous, the timing was right, and the price was reasonable.

28/09/2025: A pleasant restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating. Everything is very cozy with pleasant people and in a beautiful location with an incredible view of the countryside crowned by a beautiful castle. We were only here for a drink; we didn't try the food. Next time, for sure.

10/10/2025: A delightful place and a top-notch venue! When we're in the area, a stop is a must. The schiacciate, the various large plates, the desserts are excellent... in short, everything is fantastic, just like the people who work there, who are super friendly, kind, and welcoming. The prices are reasonable. I could write an essay with endless praise. We returned in August 2025, and unfortunately the service has changed (self-service), but the staff and the quality of the products served are still excellent.

05/10/2025: Returning after years, we found the same quality. High-quality ingredients, such as the excellent meat, and seasonal products like the delicious porcini mushrooms. Excellent value. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere of a typical Tuscan trattoria. We'll be back for the pizza, because there are few places where it's still cooked in a wood-fired oven!

18/09/2025: A very pleasant surprise. Excellent restaurant, competent and friendly service! Just a few minutes from the Camaldoli Monastery. It's not very noticeable from the road, but after climbing a few hundred meters, a large parking lot opens up and the restaurant is completely surrounded by greenery (several walking trails also begin here). The Pappardelle alla Cacciagione (game-filled pappardelle) are a must-try...sublime!!

01/09/2025: Spacious rooms equipped with many amenities. Lovely pool. Excellent place to stay while visiting Casentino.

28/07/2025: A beautiful mountain hotel in the Casentinesi Forest Park, nestled in a beautifully restored small village. Managed with great kindness and cordiality, with particular attention to respect for the environment and its guests, it offers a delicious breakfast, some of which is freshly prepared. A swimming pool and parking are also available. A truly enchanting place.

22/11/2025: Authentic and unexpected cuisine. We thought we were going into just any pub, but it's a real gem, a one-of-a-kind place. The staff adds that touch of warmth that makes the day special. (Thanks Chiara.)

26/10/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant last Saturday; the place was packed, as was the parking lot. The location is truly beautiful, facing the illuminated Guidi Castle; it's truly spectacular. The food was excellent, typically Tuscan, nothing to complain about, and the price was also fair. Reservations are mandatory.
