It's safe to say!!! When the pan is left dirty with used or fried oil, the environment suffers, especially the guests...etc... I strongly do not recommend it.

17/05/2026: A beautiful, well-kept restaurant. Despite the crowds, the seating capacity is enormous, and the service is quite good, although there are some issues with timing. The main courses arrived slowly, and we were forced to eat separately (me and the four people with me). The steamed seafood salad was very good. I recommend it.
