07/10/2025: Stopped in to grab a frozen yoghurt based on the previous reviews. I absolutely loved the yoghurt as it is! Smooth and tangy. I don’t feel it needs any toppings. I liked it so much my wife needed to go get her own as I didn’t want to share. Thank you!

28/12/2025: It was superb. I keep thinking about my (fresh) spaghetti, and specifically the sauce: Nduja, bottarga, breadcrumbs, grilled tomatoes, parsley. Mopped up with scarpette of their home made bread that was delicious. Clean bowls all round. My children had wonderful artichoke hearts that they made disappear in seconds, without offering any to their father. My wife had marinaded prawns of again unknown delicacy. As soon as I return to London I want to try to make that spaghetti sauce. Had an excellent carricante-based Etna bianco 2024 from SRC. Carricante for Etna whites and Nerello Mascalese for Etna rosso are the best wines in Sicily. Dry, saline, savoury, exquisite. My main course was roast pork slices from Nebrodi pigs with charred broccoli that melted in the mouth. I would go back again tonight and have the spaghetti again. I should also add that the service was first rate: two charming knowledgeable Sicilian ladies who spoke English well. What a place!

22/11/2025: We had the tasting menu and matching wines and every course and every wine was superb. They stick to local wines and foods and the preparation, presentation and taste were exceptional. I can see why Michelin rated them and I think they deserve a star. It was a quiet night hr but we were treated with good attention and the pace was excellent: not too fast or rushed. The highlight was probably the dish from locally foraged mushrooms: probably the best mushrooms I’ve ever had and that includes porcini and girolles. The umami was fabulous. To be fair each dish also went so well together that you felt this was a well curated menu with the richness increasing as you progressed: starting with a lightly marinated raw scampi dish and ending with a marscapone and jelly with carob wafers.

17/11/2025: Amazing night out here, Francesco was amazing along with his staff, managed to get the Scotland game on for us, and although we lost we still had a great night! Cocktails were amazing and very fairly priced, food going out looked out of this world as well! Great mix of friendly locals and tourists! A real hidden gem in the beautiful Cefalù!

27/11/2025: I highly recommend Triscele, from the service to the ambiance. The food is top-notch, everything is meticulously prepared, and the service is incredibly attentive. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They are incredibly detail-oriented. And please, try the Roche Bianco dessert—it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're visiting Cefalù and want to try some great Sicilian food.

27/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was both relaxing and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The food selection offered something for every palate, and each dish we tried was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly crafted with care. The visual appeal of the plates matched the remarkable taste. We had the cod meatballs and broccoli stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle honey as our starters. Our mains were the Marsala beef stew and the low temperature cooked cod. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The host even took the time to pick up my husband’s coat that had fallen off his chair - twice. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

26/10/2025: This small family restaurant deserves 5 stars! We went there two nights in a row: the welcome was warm and almost family-like. The menu is relatively short (but there's something for everyone) with 100% Italian ingredients and homemade dishes. The tiramisu is simply to die for... The woman who served us made us feel at ease; we really felt at home. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the sunset because the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30 pm and it was October, but the terrace certainly offers an exceptional view in summer.

18/02/2026: I visited this restaurant intrigued by its participation in the "4 Ristoranti" program. The atmosphere is welcoming, but unfortunately, the dining experience didn't live up to expectations. ​I ordered seafood salad and mixed fried fish, which I found subdued: the flavors weren't well-balanced and lacked the "zing" you'd expect from fresh fish. The first course, "Lo Special," also didn't convince me: the pasta wasn't quite right, and the sauce wasn't very strong. ​I'm disappointed because there's potential, but in my opinion, the cuisine needs more attention to live up to the restaurant's reputation. Friendly service.

15/01/2026: Excellent food, friendly staff, and a super welcoming atmosphere. My only complaint is that I would have been happier if the pasta had cost just a little more. Paying €21 for a first course, I expect at least more substance. I'll be back to try something else.

10/01/2026: We spent a pleasant day in Cefalù in early January... and stopped for lunch at this small but excellent restaurant. The ingredients are clearly of the highest quality, prepared with care and respect. The service was punctual, attentive, and never intrusive: we felt cared for and valued throughout the lunch. Special mention goes to the manager, an extremely friendly and knowledgeable person, with whom we enjoyed a chat, being restaurateurs ourselves, so much so that we stayed longer than expected in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience. A place worth stopping by.
