Dense, creamy and intense with a natural flavour
A small place, but one that offers different things
opportunities: yogurt, ice cream, granitas, waffles…
The price is also in excellent relation to the quality
The staff is pleasant and attentive
I absolutely recommend trying it and coming back again 😄

21/05/2025: Super pleasant experience at Qualia last night. Excellent service, attentive, friendly and cordial without ever being invasive. Elegant atmosphere with a touch of Sicilian. Exquisite food, from appetizer to dessert an explosion of flavors. Attention to raw materials is the cornerstone and you can taste it. We will definitely be back.

The swordfish basil pasta was really delicious.
The Sicilian veal rolls are also delicious.
And the atmosphere of the store was really nice and the staff were really friendly.
I went there as soon as it opened, but it was already full, so I made a reservation for 9:30 p.m.
This was my first time making a reservation while traveling, so I was more excited and it was as delicious as I expected :)
Recommended!
25/04/2025: One of the best meals we had in Sicily during our 3 week bike trip and 4 day train travel. My husband was served a generous portion of rabbit with delicious seasoning. I enjoyed a Sicilian rolled beef dish. Very popular spot so make a reservation!

01/06/2025: Somme food was great such as grouper ravioli.
Mussel & clam spaghetti was too salty and small portion and anchovy fish cakes were very dry and needed some sauce.

Service très sympathique.
Nourriture excellente.
Un endroit à ne pas manquer à Cefalu.

Good atmosphere and top service.
However, you have to be prepared to pay around 15eu to have a cocktail but it is sure to be original and very good.
Small downside on the price and the price of the coperto which amounts to 4eu per person even for a bruschetta to share... which seems a little excessive to us...

We went to watch semifinals champions league inter milano Barcelona it was lit, with the big screen and multiple others for other rooms and even for outdoor.
Basic food that's still good.
I don't drink alcohol so I don't know about drinks choice and all.
Recommand for a great evening with a cool ambiance

26/05/2025: Good burgers with panini breads. The tables inside have QR codes so that you can check the menu and order online without waiting for someone to help. I also liked that the burgers offered customisation options such as with or without cheese, which was friendly to people with diary restrictions.

Unexpected delicious food
Burger 1 and Burger 2 are both very filling.
Panini unexpectedly neutralizes the greasiness of hamburger meat
The salad dressing is also a good match
The downside is that the tomato and lettuce don’t have a strong flavor, unlike American burgers.
But the price of a single product is only 7 euros, it's worth a try
For an extra 3 euros, you can get extra fries and drinks. The fries are surprisingly crispy.

24/05/2025: Nous nous sommes échappés du Club Med et de son buffet pour arriver par hasard dans ce restaurant. Avec mon épouse nous souhaitions une cuisine sicilienne de qualité, ..." Le terme" nous a réconcilié avec la cuisine gastronomique sicilienne, nous avons eu un service très attentionné, de plats extraordinaires en saveur et qualités. Cette soirée nous restera longtemps en mémoire. Il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas dégusté une aussi bonne cuisine italienne.

02/05/2025: The best cannoli I had in Cefalu, or in all of Sicily...
An older man is watching, and from here on, the level of confidence increases...
That size costs 2.7 euros, and right next to the cannoli they also sell something like cheese bread, but it's a shame I couldn't eat that.
It's close to the bus stop, so be sure to visit at break time. Absolutely recommended! No regrets!

18/05/2025: Presi 2 panini tipici siciliani. Buoni . Locale con pochissimi posti a sedere è da street food. Personel gentile e servizio semplice ma veloce.
18/05/2025: Trovato per caso, arancino sia al ragù che al formaggio molto buono , poi prese lasagne e cipolle fritte . Tutto molto buono.
Ha solo 5/6 posti a sedere , è più d asporto ma molto buono ed economico . Lo consiglio .
