10/12/2024: This place is exacly what I was looking for while travelling across Sicily. Authentic, passionate, family business, with almost 50 years of tradition. These values you can find in perfectly delicious canolli and are as well presented by the stuff that serviced us. You simply must go there, have a nice chat with owner son - ask about the Guinness record - take a seat in a heart of busy Taormina and just dive yourself in the taste and in the moment. I really hope to be back one day! GRAZIE!

02/09/2024: Das Novè in Taormina ist vermutlich die Institution für alles rund um Pistazien. Hier wird gefühlt alles aus und mit Pistazien angeboten. Neben dem Cafe, gibt es auch einen Shop mit diversen Produkten. Ich probierte dort Pistaziengranita und den Espresso Pistacchio. Wirklich sehr gut!

29/08/2024: We stopped in for pistachio gelato it was amazing we also bought pistachios liquor to take with us. Friendly staff. The had tons of pistachio flavored items to purchase.

Small, tranquil alley, small chairs and tables made from wine crates in front of it, rustically furnished inside - what was promised visually was even exceeded by the wine. We're not big wine connoisseurs, we said we like a dry Lugana - he recommended a local wine. In short: the best we have ever drunk. We also ate a bruschetta, the selection was limited because not all the ingredients were available in winter (so everything is fresh!) - but still a very good little piece of bread for a reasonable €2.50. Furthermore, the courtesy of the owners and all the staff is another plus. For example, last night, in addition to the friendly welcome, 15.00 euros were deducted from a bill of 200.00 euros and I was offered a digestive. In the five restaurants in which I had the opportunity to dine in recent days, restaurants of which I have been a customer for years, it was the only one in which I had this privilege. Recommended dishes: mussels au gratin, marinated anchovies, sliced ​​tuna, baked aubergine parmigiana, cheesecake, decomposed cannoli.

Fue todo eso y más tuvimos que plantar entrante parmesano, pizza, y weenie alar con salsa de almejas terminando con gelato de pistacho casero la comida y el servicio de Inez y equipo fueron increíbles! We finally took the plunge and went inside. The selection of treats was impressive. We chose a delicious tart and various cookies. Both were not only visually appealing, but also tasted excellent. The tart was fresh and baked to perfection, while the cookies offered a wonderful combination of crunch and flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience that we can recommend to anyone looking for authentic sweet delicacies in Sicily. We can't wait to come back and try more delicacies!

28/08/2024: A good pizzeria. Nothing more and nothing less. They let us sit on their veranda, which I must say was very very pretty. Quite expensive, 4 croquettes for 8.50 euros seems exaggerated to me, but it doesn't matter. The pizzas were good and our stay at the Napoletana was more than good. Clearly there are better pizzerias in Taormina, but this one doesn't have much to envy. The only problem is punctuality. If I book for 10pm. I have to have the table ready at 10pm, not that I have to sit at 10pm... Small imperfection to fill. However, we had a lovely evening, in good company and with good food. Must try.

30/10/2024: You sit a little apart in a very nice atmosphere. The restaurant is run with passion and the food is worth the price! We have rarely eaten so well. Don't be afraid to come here with children, the chef is also ready to prepare pasta with tomato sauce for the little ones 😊 Absolutely recommended in all respects!
