27/09/2025: Excellent pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, friendly and knowledgeable waiters, beautiful and meticulously prepared table settings. By 7:15 PM, it was almost full, and it's October. Highly recommended; we returned after three years, and the food is always excellent. We returned in 2025, now for lunch; we're older, but still highly recommended.

10/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here last night. The place is very elegant and pleasant. We were served by very kind and helpful waiters, always ready to recommend the right food. We started with a delicious shrimp cocktail, followed by spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with pesto and shrimp, all accompanied by a fruity white wine that made the dinner incredibly tasty. We finished with a panna cotta and an apple tart. Nothing to add, everything was perfect. The sound of the waves in the background created a magical atmosphere. If you love good food, this is a must-try, highly recommended!

23/07/2025: Il Ristorante Sire 🍽, in zona Recanati si affaccia sulla strada e attira subito l'attenzione. Siamo tornati due volte, a pranzo abbiamo gustato degli ottimi caserecci al pistacchio 🍝 (con pasta fresca, pancetta, cipolla, panna e parmigiano): davvero saporiti e ben bilanciati nei sapori! Molto buone anche le insalatone, fresche, ricche e ben composte. A cena abbiamo optato per la pizza 🍕, per la verità deludente: impasto poco digeribile, difficile da tagliare e che, raffreddandosi, diventa stopposo. Per ora, promosso il ristorante ✅️, bocciata la pizzeria ❌️. P.S. A Giardini Naxos, trovare una pizza veramente buona si sta rivelando una vera sfida! 😅

10/10/2025: We had a terrific authentic dinner and dining experience here! Angelo was wonderful when we stopped by in the afternoon for a Lemon Spritz, so we decided to return in the evening and had a great food and evening!! Wish we were here longer and could return for another meal!!

13/08/2025: Everything was great! Deducting one star only because the food selection is a bit limited (very few pasta dishes and no meat dishes with sauce), but what's available tastes great, it's very cozy, and the tables aren't too close together. The service was extremely fast and friendly.
