Nestled in the heart of Enna, Le Tre Rose is exactly that. A modest, classic restaurant with a simple yet elegant atmosphere where everything feels warm, spotless, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. We began with the mussels, swimming in the most fragrant pink rosé sauce. They were beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and served in such generous portions that we honestly wondered how we would have room for our mains. Then came the homemade pasta with prawns and pesto, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, every bite tasted as though it had been prepared with genuine love and pride. It was the kind of pasta that reminds you why Italian cuisine is admired around the world. Alongside it, we enjoyed the fried calamari and prawns. The seafood was incredibly fresh, coated in a light, delicate golden batter that was wonderfully crisp without feeling heavy or oily. A perfect example of how simple ingredients shine when they're treated with care. The meal was beautifully complemented by generous side dishes and an assortment of freshly baked breads, including varieties filled with olives and anchovies, each adding another delicious layer to the experience. And then, dessert. We couldn't resist trying the ricotta cannolo and the cheesecake. As someone who usually isn't a fan of cheesecake, I was genuinely surprised. It was one of the best I've ever tasted, light, creamy, beautifully balanced, and the perfect ending to an already memorable meal. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, serving each dish with warmth, kindness, and the unmistakable pride that comes from people who truly love what they do. Le Tre Rose isn't about flashy presentation or chasing trends. It's about honest food, generous portions, beautiful flavours, and heartfelt Sicilian hospitality. 05/07/2026: We thought it was just a pastry shop and that would have been enough. Instead, it turned out to be an excellent restaurant, not expensive, and with extremely kind and fast staff, who understood that unfortunately we had to hurry because it was only supposed to be a quick stop.

22/06/2026: We stopped for lunch on our way to Agrigento and it was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, good food with fresh seafood, and generous portions. They served complimentary homemade desserts, which were very pretty. Fair price. We recommend it!!

31/05/2026: Just wonderful. My great-grandfather was from Leonforte, and so it was a must that we visit there during our Sicilian vacation last weekend. This place was recommended by our driver, and we loved it. The waitress was very helpful and patient with my limited command of Italian. We had a traditional meat and cheese antipasto, then I had a pasta dish with anchovies, followed by a delicious veal dish, and cannoli to top it off. As an Italian-American, it all reminded me of the kind of food I grew up with. I’m so glad we went here.

30/05/2026: Really good food. Noone speaks English, but that poses no problem to order food here. The two ladies who run the place were great and took great effort to make sure we order food we'd like. The whole experience was very much eating with locals rather than a touristy place. The only thing that would improve it is maybe some music playing for the atmosphere but other than that, everything was fantastic.

19/06/2026: Fantastic sushi experience! You can immediately taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients. Since it's not all-you-can-eat sushi, the difference is definitely noticeable. The price is fair for what you get. Highly recommended!

02/07/2026: We celebrated our wedding at the Garden restaurant, to be precise in the outdoor room with swimming pool, it was magnificent, the place was very well looked after in every detail, excellent cleanliness, fantastic staff, they are very attentive to the needs of each guest, very professional and above all human, an amazing catering, from appetizers to desserts everything was delicious (we received many compliments from our guests), impeccable organization, the Garden was the best choice I could have made for my wedding, not only for what I have listed so far but also and above all for the family that runs this place, all extremely kind, professional and present in every stage of realization, so I heartily thank the Di Serio family and its staff for having celebrated and celebrated with me on my wedding day❤️❤️

But Francesco made the difference—very kind, attentive, and natural in his manner. He immediately made us feel at ease, more like guests than passing customers. A place definitely worth a visit if you're passing through Enna.
