19/08/2026: All the restaurants I like, Tommy special, immediately super helpful even with our baby, perfect dishes, good wine, ideal location to relax and eat well, really compliments, there is love in everything, highly recommended!!!!!

13/08/2026: A small restaurant located in a charming square in Enna. We were greeted with a welcome drink (a very good house couscous), then we enjoyed two excellent appetizers (the portion was generous enough to share between two), the main courses (a first course and a second course with meat), and finally an excellent deconstructed tiramisu. No complaints, everything was delicious. The menu is refined and limited, which allows for high quality and attention to detail. The staff is very welcoming and informal, and the owner recommended an excellent wine to pair with our dishes. The restaurant isn't very large, so reservations are recommended. A highly recommended experience.

11/08/2026: We had lunch, there is no menu, at the end comes the surprise... the bill 120 euros 2 appetizers, 4 pasta dishes, 2 half-liter beers 1 water, half a liter of wine.. I think it was exaggerated, even if I have to say the food was good, but at 30 euros per person I'm going to eat fish and sea!

09/08/2026: We had lunch on a Sunday. It's quite surprising to find a place of this quality in this small town. Home-style cooking; they barely even give you a menu. The appetizers are delicious (zucchini blossom fritters, spinach patties, peppers with cheese and bacon, etc.) made with excellent ingredients. There was a choice of two primi and two secondi that day. I had the pork in tomato sauce, which was very good. The pasta with meat sauce was also very good. A nice touch at the end of the meal: the owner offered us shots of homemade orange liqueur and homemade bay leaf and lemongrass liqueur. Superb: very good service. The dining room isn't much to look at. The TV was on in the background, but the tablecloths and service were impeccable. A very well-run, family-run establishment.

They were beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and served in such generous portions that we honestly wondered how we would have room for our mains. Then came the homemade pasta with prawns and pesto, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, every bite tasted as though it had been prepared with genuine love and pride. It was the kind of pasta that reminds you why Italian cuisine is admired around the world. Alongside it, we enjoyed the fried calamari and prawns. The seafood was incredibly fresh, coated in a light, delicate golden batter that was wonderfully crisp without feeling heavy or oily. A perfect example of how simple ingredients shine when they're treated with care. The meal was beautifully complemented by generous side dishes and an assortment of freshly baked breads, including varieties filled with olives and anchovies, each adding another delicious layer to the experience. And then, dessert. We couldn't resist trying the ricotta cannolo and the cheesecake. As someone who usually isn't a fan of cheesecake, I was genuinely surprised. It was one of the best I've ever tasted, light, creamy, beautifully balanced, and the perfect ending to an already memorable meal. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, serving each dish with warmth, kindness, and the unmistakable pride that comes from people who truly love what they do. Le Tre Rose isn't about flashy presentation or chasing trends. It's about honest food, generous portions, beautiful flavours, and heartfelt Sicilian hospitality. 31/05/2026: Just wonderful. My great-grandfather was from Leonforte, and so it was a must that we visit there during our Sicilian vacation last weekend. This place was recommended by our driver, and we loved it. The waitress was very helpful and patient with my limited command of Italian. We had a traditional meat and cheese antipasto, then I had a pasta dish with anchovies, followed by a delicious veal dish, and cannoli to top it off. As an Italian-American, it all reminded me of the kind of food I grew up with. I’m so glad we went here.

30/05/2026: Really good food. Noone speaks English, but that poses no problem to order food here. The two ladies who run the place were great and took great effort to make sure we order food we'd like. The whole experience was very much eating with locals rather than a touristy place. The only thing that would improve it is maybe some music playing for the atmosphere but other than that, everything was fantastic.

As for the food, the pizza was excellent, with perfect crust and high-quality ingredients. The desserts were just as delicious. Unbeatable value for money. I highly recommend it to all lovers of authentic Italian pizza!

23/08/2026: Anyone visiting the old town of Morgantina should definitely stop here. The food is fantastic, especially the Misto Pesce calda e crudo (hot and raw fish). It's a very charming family-run establishment. Everything is freshly caught and perfectly prepared by the chef. I will definitely be back. The outdoor lighting is very nicely done. The tables are arranged in small, separate areas.

The cuisine offers traditional Sicilian dishes, beautifully presented and made with good-quality ingredients. The portions are generous and the flavors are authentic. Overall, a good experience, although to achieve a 5-star rating, I would have expected a little more in terms of the food. Recommended if you're in Aidone.

They offer you a 24-piece box for €50, but you get raw, quality fish. Total disappointment. I understand the confusion, but a little professionalism...
