You restaurateurs need to stop nibbling 2 euros there for 1 euro there, it's annoying. So for anyone reading this review, check your receipt and be careful if you ask to SWAP ingredients.

05/08/2025: Nothing but love and local products. We are in Sicily in the 50s. Don't be fooled by the facade of the restaurant, trust the owner because he knows what he's doing. Simple, good and only the Sicily we love! I recommend 1000%. No menu but only products that he buys that same morning so the dishes are different depending on the chef's mood and seasonal products.

30/08/2025: Giving this pizzeria less than 5 stars is crazy. The pizza is delicious, not Roman-style, of course, but very delicious, and the prices are fair and not too high. Another thing I appreciated was the friendliness of the waiters; even though they were rushing back and forth, they were friendly and entertaining. We've been here three times and had a great time each time. The only downside is that the pizzas can take a little longer to arrive, but obviously, if there are 80 people, it's not easy to get them out of the oven quickly. It was a positive experience; if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.

29/07/2025: We're returning to Spain, and I can't stop thinking about one of the most special days of the trip: the one we spent at this rural agritourism property in Sicily. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with open arms, making us feel at home, despite being hundreds of miles away. The room was prepared with care and attention to detail, and both the house and the surroundings convey all the love and dedication this family puts into their home, their land, their animals, and their guests. The food was delicious. Both dinner and breakfast were abundant and exquisite. We were lucky enough to try a ribeye steak from their own cows, raised with admirable dedication and respect. With a stone grill to cook it any way we wanted, it was sooooo delicious. Although we don't speak Italian, we were able to communicate easily with the entire family. They are warm, friendly, and attentive people, and they chatted with us as if we'd known each other all our lives. We couldn't have had a better time. Thank you for hosting us so well! That night we met a lovely Italian couple from Milan, and between the food, the laughter, the conversation, and the limoncello, we had a great time. We send them a huge hug; we'll also remember them fondly. As a bonus, and to make it perfect, since I told them I loved cows, they offered to show them to me. It wasn't possible this time, but next time, I'm sure it will be! When we return to Sicily, we will. And by then, I'll have learned Italian 😉 I was so sad to leave. It was, without a doubt, the best stay of our vacation. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and human experience. A huge hug from Spain, from me and Ander, and I truly hope this family does well in everything they do.

25/07/2025: We were delighted to return to this place, immersed in a true oasis of peace, where we were warmly welcomed by the owners, Calogero, Virginia, and Sebastiano. The first stop—a must, given that it is the main source of income for this agriturismo—was a visit to the stables and a meeting with their livestock, which are tended with extreme care and attention. The solid values of respect and care for others are reflected here. What can I say in conclusion? A place definitely worth recommending, both for its setting and, above all, for the warm welcome and great hospitality of the entire family, who gave us an unforgettable evening and stay.

I went with my girlfriend for her birthday, and both the sommelier and the two waitresses were very friendly and attentive. When I mentioned the need to change a dish due to an ingredient, they offered a similar solution, which I thought was an excellent detail.

10/06/2025: An experience not to be missed among the starred restaurants in Sicily. Chefs Colonnetta and Patti, masters of hospitality, manage to make you live a unique experience in the gastronomic panorama. Another peculiarity, compared to other starred restaurants, is the not too formal spirit that distinguishes them. Nino, the maitre-sommelier, enhances each course with his explanations and wine pairing. The waiters are kind and professional. The dishes are studied in every detail with various references to Sicilian traditions, often taking you back to childhood memories. Finally, the desserts, in particular, our pear and chocolate was a revelation both to the sight and to the palate. An experience and a journey that enrich you.

17/06/2025: ROSA AND LORY ON A HOT SUNDAY MORNING. THIS IS HOW MY EXPERIENCE BEGINS. As soon as you enter the pastry shop, it is difficult to realize who is behind the high counter topped with all sorts of delights and goodies, created by the hands of the industrious tirolari. I stop to observe pastries covered in pistachio icing and filled with cream, then, I see the typical "giammilline" of the place... I relax, I look at the pastries one by one, the delicious and refined ricotta cannoletti and I ask the price per kg of what I need and what I would like to take away, so, I give myself more time to also take a look at the flavors of artisanal ice creams on display... The small and polite sales point is not yet packed like a few months ago, it is still early, but it does not take long to see it fill up, so, I decide to be served by one of the kind and smiling employees, Rosa, and then, I also exchange a few words with Lory, ... I take "giammilline", sfogliatelle and good ice creams, at honest prices, also, as a surprise, I find the ice creams as a gift! I rejoiced for the happiness of having found staff available to dialogue, clean, kind, smiling and not mummies as often found around. I will return and convey the positive information about the store.

We started with carefully prepared and delicious appetizers, followed by a well-stocked platter of cured meats and cheeses. We then chose two first courses and a second course: balanced dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and presented quite well. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, helping make the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for both a quiet lunch/dinner and a convivial gathering. In short, a restaurant that combines good food, a family atmosphere, and excellent service: definitely a place we'll gladly return to.
