The pizza was thick and very average. The service was there, but they didn't ask questions; we had to go and ask ourselves. There was beer, but no wine. Many people sat on stools waiting for their takeaway pizza, which didn't make the meal enjoyable. There was no olive oil for the pizza, and everything was very dry. Copertwo was 2 euros per person.

I highly recommend this place. The service is wonderful, and the pizza is excellent. They accommodated us even though we didn't have a reservation.

We waited quite a while for baked potatoes and pizzas, even though the pizzeria was empty the day I was there with my friends. The pizza was delicious, as were the potatoes.

I can't say enough about their 4 cheese pizza and their Panelle appetizer. Words can't describe how delicious the food was. We stayed at a near by hotel and visited the restaurant on 3 different occasions, goes to show how much we enjoyed the food, thank you for a great experience!

17/05/2026: Maurizio gave us excellent advice. Sliced ​​chicken with arugula, parmesan, and a balsamic glaze, grilled sliced ​​beef, French fries, and fresh grilled mushrooms, and finally, homemade ricotta gelato in a dark chocolate cup with mini cannoli. Topped with sourdough bread. The portions were decidedly generous and the prices were average. Highly recommended. Just a few minutes from the ring road.
17/05/2026: A great experience. I started with delicious hard-boiled eggs accompanied by truly exquisite homemade mayonnaise. The appetizers were a great introduction, followed by the picanha, which was perfectly cooked. Finally, the homemade ice cream with hazelnuts and crushed biscuits rounded out the meal. The service was welcoming and professional: highly recommended!

Trattoria Serafino I

24/05/2026: A local restaurant specializing in seafood, located just outside the historic center. Even the starter course alone is incredibly filling and delicious. A must-try when visiting Catania.
18/05/2026: Seafood dishes were fresh and well prepared. Service was a little chaotic because the place was full, but we got served promptly and correctly.
