The Tuscany of Sicily. The concept, told by Anna, a very kind and professional receptionist, and by Margherita, the expert and capable sommelier who enchanted us and involved us in the tastings, is what particularly struck us: the relationship between territory, good wine, design and fashion. The structure is an old fiefdom, excellently restored, nestled in the hills of Nisseno. Hills that made us think so much of Tuscany! Enchanting. The restaurant needs to be improved, both for the dishes offered and for the staff: the manager of the very rude and unprofessional room made us feel uncomfortable with her answers, and then ignored us completely for the entire dinner. Furthermore, despite it being a wine tasting dinner, he didn't even introduce them to us. The boy who then served us, however, was very kind and patient. Excellent breakfast and all the associated staff. We are curious to see the new spaces under renovation. Sicily really needs the valorisation of these places. Thank you

Probably the most beautiful place where we slept in Sicily, the location is wonderful in the Sughereta di Niscemi nature reserve, the rooms are really large and beautiful. The view is breathtaking and from the balcony you can see the whole valley. For enthusiasts there is the possibility of tasting their wines and visiting the cellar.

Ottima cena di fine anno, con piatti curati e preparati con ingredienti di ottima qualità… peccato che il panettone non sia stato la ciliegina sulla torta. Nota stonata, a mio vedere, i bambini che corrono durante la cena. Se si sceglie un posto del genere e con questo target l’ambiente deve essere soft e rilassante.

Wir haben hier ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Dezember verbracht. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer, eine interessante Führung durch das moderne und hervorragende Weingut und eine n tolles Abendessen, das in dem Paket das wir gebucht hatten enthalten war. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker und umfangreich. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team, besonders an Marta, Margarita und Anna, die sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert haben!

Beautiful winery with friendly staff and nice pool area. We stayed there for one night and breakfast was delicious with a nice view from the terrace. Our highlight was the wine experience plus tour with Anna and Marghertia. Both really nice and the setting in the old wine building was beautiful. Pool area is super quiet and calming. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel . It's a wine castle fully renovated . We had the missoni and Versace room. The domain is brilliant with some great views . The pool is absolutely fabulous and you can order drinks and food. The staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast is from 8am until 10:30 am with a lot of choices. The buffet offered a range of sweet and salty options. There's also a lot of cosy spots to chill and enjoy some wine. We hadn't the time to do the wine tasting. We Will definitely do it the next time!

Anyone who loves Italy, delicious wine, and delightful food should definitely come here. When we drove there, the surroundings felt a bit dull and barren, but suddenly, there on top of the hill lies this magnificent wine empire. A stunning historical complex renovated to perfection with beautiful spaces. We were warmly and very hospitably welcomed by the ladies at the reception desk. Previously, I was a bit concerned about the renovation work announced on the website, but we didn't experience any inconvenience at all. They really take guests into account, and we were able to enjoy this special place in peace. The rooms are spacious, beautifully renovated, and equipped with all conveniences. The pool is in a stunning location and great to enjoy with a good glass of Grillo wine and a delicious lunch. The food in the restaurant is also highly recommended. Just sitting on a glass floor with the wine barrels below and a view of the kitchen brigade working hard to prepare the most delicious dishes, all accompanied by a good glass of wine from their own cellar. What more could one want? In the surroundings, it's indeed a bit of a search for entertainment. But villages like Caltagirone are nice to visit. It's also recommended to do a wine tasting, a must for every wine lover. Thanks to Valeria, she took good care of us during our stay at this beautiful place. Curious to see what this place will look like once the renovation is complete.

This is place is amazing - very friendly and helpful staff, stylish and amazing facilities and rooms, breathtaking views, tasty wine and dinner. Everything we could ask for for a weekend break. We would love to come back.
