360° Gradi Pizzeria - Delia In Delia

We came from Palermo to the small village of Delia specifically to try their tasting menu. We found a place that stands out from the typical village pizzeria. Welcoming, clean, and elegant inside. The staff were truly exceptional: kind, friendly, and ready to accommodate our requests, offer advice, and, above all, explain the dishes we were served. I was pleasantly surprised to find such skill. Light, crispy dough, a little more structured, and combinations ranging from the simplest to the most complex, delicious and varied in texture. Attention to every detail. Dishes that are truly eye-catching. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it!!! I'd give you 10 stars. Excellent!

Excellent pizza, a real treat, my 5 year old nephew on holiday from Germany, appreciated it saying that he ate the best pizza of his life 🤩. Congratulations

Very cute and welcoming place. Very friendly staff. The pizzas are a delight to the palate, with light, flavorful dough and top-quality ingredients...all to be savoured!!! The desserts are absolutely worth trying, especially the homemade tiramisu!!! I highly recommend it.
