I migliori ristoranti in Sicilia

07/04/2024: Very rude, almost indifferent to customers who that are not Italian. When speaking to the host, had a hand put in my face because another member of staff spoke to him mid sentence. Was tapped on the shoulder aggressively and pointed towards a free table. Threw plates down on the table, beer not pulled to a full glass. Tomato sauce bland and tasteless, meat balls fatty and over cooked to a firm texture . We love Italy and Sicilian culture but was shocked by the poor service, attitude and quality of food. Good city centre location but as I have highlighted very poor service and attitude to customers. I say this as someone who is familiar with Italian approach to relaxed dining but frankly poor in comparison to many places in Palermo and the island of Sicily.

05/04/2024: Homemade Sicilian cuisine. Good, normal, but nothing exceptional. Suitable for those who want to eat as if they were at their grandmother's house or bring guests from abroad to try typical things. Strange thing: the house wine was very light, I had the suspicion it was a little watered down (but I'm not a sommelier to be able to say for sure).

07/04/2024: My friends and I had an aperitif, excellent spritz but terrible service. After waiting more than a quarter of an hour for our aperitif, we ask the waiter how far along it was and he very rudely replies that he too was waiting just like us. I don't blame him for the delay, but I don't tolerate rudeness in answering a customer's question.

06/04/2024: The waiter completely ignored and forgot my order and that of my colleagues did not. Professionalism 0.

06/04/2024: Disappointed....they advised me to have breakfast here....I couldn't wait to taste the granita with brioche...instead NO GRANITA...the only place in Palermo where it wasn't made yet.. ..I opt for a pistachio croissant..and alas, I didn't even see the pistachio....but my boys, the bill.....2 coffees and two croissants 8.60 So much for it..... I'm a more suitable age....

06/04/2024: Very disappointing experience. First stop in Palermo, staff were extremely rude and slow. Cold arancini food and had "run out" of pizza. Do not recommend for tourists!

25/03/2024: Restaurant closed to the center. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes. Starters were really very tasty. Main menu was average taste. The food portions could have been bigger. The service was pleasant. Would recommend the visit. On the other hand it is slightly overpriced.

17/03/2024: The best couscous in Trapani. Delicious sardines. Excellent service, DIOP (the waiter) very kind like all the staff. I highly recommend

31/03/2024: Too slow and the umpteenth time I wait more than forty minutes sitting at the table...

19/03/2024: Went for a kids birthday party. Children happy, satisfied, having fun.
