02/04/2024: Un beau restau avec une carte très (trop ?) fourni. J'ai rarement vu autant de choix sur une carte mais finalement c'était très bon.
29/03/2024: Enjoyed a very lovely dinner at Pititto, food and service were very good and generous. The location is probably best suited for summer dining as this allows seating in the picturesque square.

22/03/2024: We ordered dishes for 3 people, but they charged us for other things that we did not order for ten euros more. The appetizer costs eight euros for literally three slices of cold cuts, four green olives and 2 slices of cheese. The two young waiters are completely uninterested in the customers. I'm disappointed and will never eat there again.

-: food is incredibly disappointing, taste is quite bad, the worst one I had in Sicily. I was expecting some harmony between multiple seasoning, and it's too bad that the original seafood flavors don't even come through;
Also some small issues with the service, but much better than the food
05/04/2024: The setting was gorgeous, but the food was really disappointing. Everything tasted completely unseasoned. There was no salt, no spices, no herbs, no acidity in any of the dishes. It was truly bizarre. The best thing I ate was the complimentary bread and olive oil. The waiters were also brusque, borderline rude (but I wouldn’t have cared about that if the food had been good).

31/03/2024: I was there today for Easter, I had a great time, excellent food, excellent service, despite the amount of customers.
Very nice and friendly chef, he came to say hello to us at the table and to ask us how lunch went... something not to be taken for granted.
I will definitely go back.

02/04/2024: A wonderful dinner... the raw material is treated with love, to bring out the best it can offer in terms of flavors and sublime sensory sensations. The Scala dei Turchi menu was divine, superlative in every aspect. Perhaps the desserts aren't up to par with the other courses, but they are, in any case, delicious! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the Chef's welcome, to his presence to illustrate each dish, to the pleasure of experiencing a unique emotion!
12/03/2024: In an ordinary street in an ordinary town (with a past of splendour) a dark shop window that is not attractive. Inside a world of unique flavors. Recipes that don't resemble anything you've already tasted. I have been lucky enough to eat at this superlative restaurant several times. The last one last night. And I still found refined surprises. As always. An inexhaustible imagination animates this great chef. Added to the amazing food is the attentive, very kind and spontaneous service. Present but not looming. The chef and his lady are worth knowing. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend this unforgettable Sicilian stop if you love the flavors of the Mediterranean, the land, the sea, the scents and the memories.

30/03/2024: Excellent experience: abundant and delicious first course spaghetti alla guitar with seafood, second course swordfish and prawns, perfectly cooked, fresh fish.
Friendly and professional service.
A truly beautiful and characteristic place dug into the tuff.
The children's play area is something exceptional for families, it really makes the difference for those who have children and want to spend some quiet time eating and talking with friends.
I highly recommend it!
