04/01/2025: Lunch below par.. disappointing.. Very kind, warm and welcoming environment, but compared to the last time something has changed in the kitchen. Mixed starter, too simple and cheap and with a very salty tuna which, among other things, at our table in a dish, was really missing. First, a little hard/raw pasta and a small dish that seemed more like a tasting than a course. The seasoning is good. Second, however fresh but a small fish and a potato leaf.. Desserts not bad but even the classic Seadas had some shortages.. it must be the period we Italians are experiencing.. Overall, the costs will have increased for everyone, perhaps due to some internal family problem, in addition to some errors and distractions, the fact is that the amount paid this time was a little excessive.

16/10/2024: We had dinner at this farmhouse in mid-September, we wanted to taste some typical products of the area and we were not disappointed. Tasty 0 km dishes, delicious and abundant dishes. Fixed menu with an excellent quality-price ratio, everything included from starters to desserts. I recommend it!

12/10/2024: Quello che ci si aspetta da un agriturismo sardo: piatti eccellenti ed abbondanti, peccato che fossi sazio altrimenti con il maialetto avrei fatto il bis: qualcosa di eccezionale. Come per tutto il resto: antipasti della tradizione e bis di primi top. La formula del menù fisso ti permette di spendere il giusto e assaggiare tutto. Chiaramente qua vegano stammi lontano !!

21/02/2025: We arrived in Santo Spirito with the idea of ​​eating raw fish and following the advice of some local people we decided to enter Bolina. The quality is high, the professionalism too, the service excellent, we were pleasantly satisfied. Let us recommend the carpaccio of the catch of the day, truly excellent. We were so focused on the experience that we didn't take photos, which is a shame as they would have provided a valid review on their own. Honest price, rightly related to the level of service offered. The human warmth of the people who work there made lunch even better.

The place is suitable for both more romantic dinners and dinners with groups of friends and I would define it as a gem among the fish restaurants in the area. 15/10/2024: Wow, the journey is tough! We thought we would never get here, we drove in the dark along a rocky path for about 20 minutes into nowhere. Luckily we called in advance, otherwise we would have turned around again. Afterwards we suddenly reached the restaurant and were not disappointed! There wasn't much going on here in the low season, we were the first guests. The waitress was very friendly and brought us an appetizer on the house. The food was very delicious! A few other guests came later. We loved the main course and the house wine is very good. We would come again, clear recommendation!

27/12/2024: Purtroppo poca professionalità è insolvenza, mi sono accomodata chiedendo se era solo ristorante mi e stato risposto che era anche bar,detto questo mi accomodo,arriva la cameriera che senza neanche chiederci cosa volessimo ci dice che non facevano panini e inizia a volerci spacciare primi piatti ,secondi, tagliolini sl sugo di granchi.....io veramente farei un aperitivo ,ok niente,antipasto di salumi e formaggi per forza 2 calici di vino che aveva deciso lei se pur buono ma non è così che si fa,pessima esperienza sconsiglio vivamente.

28/10/2024: Sono stata in questa pasticceria per una piacevole merenda e sono rimasta entusiasta : personale gentilissimo e dolci molto buoni , in particolare "divini" quelli con ripieno di ricotta...Ho acquistato anche i culurgiones , ripieni di formaggio fresco, buonissimi. Quando ritornero' in Sardegna tra qualche mese sicuramente passero' in questa meravigliosa pasticceria

03/01/2025: Super-welcoming manager and staff, despite the slightly late lunch time: extreme friendliness, cleanliness, tasty food and a very varied menu are undoubtedly their strong points.
