29/08/2025: During our vacation, six of us (three couples) spent a truly special evening. The restaurant welcomed us with a warm and refined atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying an evening with friends. The service was impeccable: the staff were friendly, smiling, and always available, without ever being intrusive. The dishes? Simply delicious. We were able to try a little bit of everything: super-fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and spectacular suckling pig. Even the desserts were top-notch—mouth-watering!

29/08/2025: We had dinner at their set menu, which was exceptional! Delicious appetizers and plenty of them, first courses, amazing homemade ravioli, and amazing Sardinian gnocchi, even with a "ripasso" (a special kind of pasta dish) for those who can handle it... the suckling pig didn't even need a knife or butter... a must-try for anyone in Stintino.

05/09/2025: Opera Viva lets you discover the true flavors of the region. After a bad dining experience a few days earlier, we arrived with high expectations... and left completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was welcoming, although it was a bit too hot inside despite the ceiling fans. But the real stars were the dishes: generous, flavorful, and carefully prepared, a true delight for the palate. We recommend booking at least a day in advance to secure a table. The value for money is truly excellent.

03/08/2025: A trattoria that's actually more of a restaurant, with top-notch service and a great view. Very good fried fish, but not too abundant. Marinated anchovies with fresh, delicious cherry tomatoes and arugula. Gnocchi with wild boar ragù are very good, you have to mop up the sauce with bread. Seadas are delicious.

23/07/2025: Nice store with typical but quality products. The seller is very courteous, kind and takes the time to show us the different products. Recommended if you are looking for a typical store.

24/06/2025: We had dinner in this typical Sardinian trattoria. Very kind and welcoming staff, we had dinner in the intimate and well-kept garden of the place. The dishes are really good, abundant and satisfying, highly recommended the culurgiones (amazing) and the porcetto (book in advance). Closing with a sweet and homemade mirto (equally good). We will definitely be back, very good.

Biscotti e dolcetti tutti buonissimi, tumbarelle ineguagliabili… abbiamo provato anche la pasta fresca (ravioli, gnocchi di patate e gnocchetti sardi) ottima! Personale molto accogliente e professionale. Se andate a Stintino non potete non fare tappa al Bicottificio Demelas! Consigliatissimo!

08/07/2025: Fanno dei dolci buonissimi è il terzo anno che veniamo in Sardegna ed è un tappa fissa tutto delizioso come il personale accogliente il locale bello e pulito prima della partenza ci ritorneremo sicuramente

12/09/2025: I’d highly recommend this restaurant. The area can be a bit challenging to work out where to eat with all the spread out beach clubs etc but plenty of easy parking, lovely setting on the edge of the beach. Welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and overall attentive, welcoming service. The pizzas were very nice with good quality ingredients and if you’re looking for a nice informal & relaxing meal after a day on the beach, this is the perfect spot.

11/09/2025: We had a wonderful dinner here with my wife. We started with seafood appetizers and then enjoyed beautifully prepared fish dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. What made the evening even more special was the warm and charming service from our waitress, Alicia – she added so much to the experience with her kindness and smile. Highly recommended!

We felt at home, and Giovanni told us how he came to build this project, which has since become a welcoming place for adults and children alike. You truly feel at home. His wife is kind and thoughtful. I wanted to thank you for how much you made us feel at home and for even letting you stay a little later than usual. In fact, our last intention was to leave. Thank you on behalf of Aurora, a little rascal who will always have you in her heart!

04/09/2025: Highly recommended Sardinian restaurant. They don't serve pizza at lunch, but the menu is very appealing. It offers Sardinian specialties, including desserts. The staff is truly friendly and attentive.

11/09/2025: Finally, a restaurant in Stintinho that's delicious and offers top-notch service. Excellent pizza dough! Very good squid ink pasta with shrimp. The cheesecake is worth the detour.

08/09/2025: The first thing that catches the eye in addition to the cleanliness of the place is the predominant white of the large room where the tables are well spaced and set with white cotton tablecloths. We had the pizza which was good. The service is quite fast. We will be back to try something else. I update my review and confirm the five stars! We had a fish dinner: everything was truly delicious and excellently presented. Absolutely recommended!

25/08/2025: Friendly staff... prices are pretty fair... The pizza definitely needs revisiting... rubbery, heavy, and salty dough... they don't use mozzarella, but stringy cheese... Champions League from a box, not fresh... etc... they need to update...
