21/05/2026: Lamb stew with olives is simply spectacular. Tender meat that melts in your mouth, the rich and flavorful sauce with olives and potatoes takes full advantage. A generous portion is served in a classic terracotta dish that keeps it warm until the last bite. Their carasau bread from the basket is simply amazing to mop up the bread. Sa Mesa confirms its reputation for authentic Sardinian cuisine. I'll definitely be back.
17/05/2026: We were looking for a local restaurant, we arrived after opening hours, we didn't have to book a table yet. Friendly staff, helpful. Due to a misunderstanding, I got a different dish, but they changed it without a word. Their traditional pasta is filling and really delicious, and the roast pig (unfortunately I didn't take a photo of this) with grilled vegetables. Cozy, authentic place.

15/07/2026: A truly exceptional dinner. The simple, authentic, and flavorful dishes won us over from the appetizers and continued to build towards the suckling pig and desserts. The restaurant is immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the vineyards. The extremely kind and helpful owner made us feel at home. If you want to experience authentic, traditional, and truly exceptional cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
15/07/2026: This agriturismo was recommended by locals because it's a bit off the beaten path. The food and hospitality were wonderful! Everything was carefully prepared using local ingredients. A generous selection of appetizers awaited, including the creamed artichoke and breaded and fried coratella (stuffed coratella), two first courses, and then the delicious Sardinian porceddu (suckling pig). The fixed menu includes water, wine, and myrtle (produced on site) for just €48 per person! Highly recommended for an evening of authentic Sardinian food!

29/07/2026: Before going to this pizzeria, I read the reviews, but unfortunately the pizza didn't live up to my expectations. In my opinion, the dough didn't rise well and the toppings were sparse. Nothing to say about the service and the very nice location.

16/07/2026: Best restaurant we've tried during our stay in Alghero. Carbonara and beef cheeks were both out of this world, can't recommend them enough. Waitresses were very kind and attentive, kudos to everyone!
13/07/2026: We had dinner at this trattoria and had a positive experience. We ordered three dishes, water, and a half liter of wine: everything was very good, with carefully prepared dishes and flavors reminiscent of traditional cuisine. The staff was also very kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The only small complaint is that the bill seemed a bit high. Otherwise, I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cuisine in Alghero.

08/08/2026: Superb fish restaurant. Fantastic food and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend the tuna fillet, pasta with mussels, frutti di mare and the whole grilled fish.
08/08/2026: Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Alghero. Chef Enzo never fails to impress, with his fantastic appetizers, first courses, and fish that's always fresh and perfectly prepared. Debora's hospitality is always a guarantee, as is the service provided by all the staff in the dining room. If it's true that only locals know their way around the local restaurant scene, then trust me, you won't find anything better in Alghero! P.S. I almost forgot, the wine list is excellent and varied, too!

08/06/2026: Excellent place to spend a day of celebration, well structured and kept in excellent condition, cared for in all its areas, garden, playground for children, swimming pool and also the large parking lot, staff always kind and helpful, I can't judge the rooms because I haven't stayed there but I think judging from everything else that they are impeccable there too.
16/04/2026: We went for a wedding. The seafood was exceptional, everything fresh and top-quality. The price was really good, even though it was our first time there. I have to thank Lorenzo, the owner, who was truly kind and gave excellent recommendations for all the dishes.
Highly recommended.

01/08/2026: Not a very good supermarket, smelled of soap inside and the employees almost shouted as if they were the only ones in the store, only 1 box even though there were 4-5 employees standing there discussing how to focus on the customers.
28/07/2026: Wide selection of products. Friendly and helpful staff. You can also order porchetta to take away for the next day, unless you find it pre-packaged in the deli.
