This agriturismo was recommended by locals because it's a bit off the beaten path. The food and hospitality were wonderful! Everything was carefully prepared using local ingredients. A generous selection of appetizers awaited, including the creamed artichoke and breaded and fried coratella (stuffed coratella), two first courses, and then the delicious Sardinian porceddu (suckling pig). The fixed menu includes water, wine, and myrtle (produced on site) for just €48 per person! Highly recommended for an evening of authentic Sardinian food!

A truly exceptional dinner. The simple, authentic, and flavorful dishes won us over from the appetizers and continued to build towards the suckling pig and desserts. The restaurant is immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the vineyards. The extremely kind and helpful owner made us feel at home. If you want to experience authentic, traditional, and truly exceptional cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

An experience I recommend to anyone passing through these parts! Here I tasted the real Sardinia: each course of the tasting menu tells a story of this land, with authentic flavors and ingredients that truly make the difference. Top-quality ingredients. The icing on the cake was the homemade myrtle liqueur at the end of the dinner!! It was incredible, we had to ask for seconds.
What made everything even more enjoyable was the service: friendly, pleasant, and always present, they accompanied us throughout the evening with a smile, making us feel right at home.
Absolutely worth trying!!

My girlfriend and I visited this agriturismo and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. We started with a series of truly exceptional traditional appetizers: melted cheese on carasau bread, roasted zucchini and peppers, caramelized onions, local cured meats and cheeses, olives, and a delicious artichoke cream. Everything was authentic, rich in flavor, and prepared with great care.
Next, we sampled two spectacular first courses: Sardinian gnocchetti with wild boar ragù and fresh ricotta, truly flavorful, and stuffed ravioli accompanied by a cream of sauce and Sardinian porcini mushrooms, delicate and enveloping.
To top it all off, we also enjoyed the classic Sardinian suckling pig with potatoes, cooked to perfection. For a sweet finish, we tried a crème brûlée and a simply wonderful citrus-flavored seadas.
We thoroughly enjoyed every single dish, and you can sense the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. The location is splendid, immersed in a truly pleasant atmosphere, and very close to Alghero. A special thanks also for the exceptional service, provided with great attention and kindness by the chef's son.
I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

It's a shame I can't give it 10 stars...if you want to eat well, really well, feel at home, enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, and enjoy a charming location, surrounded by nature...you absolutely must stop here. The cuisine was amazing, the best we'd had in Alghero, from appetizers to dessert. Kudos to the owners. You made us feel right at home.

I come to Sardinia for places like these. The hospitality, the simple preparations that bring out the flavor of the highest-quality local products. Lots of vegetables in addition to meat products. The traditional suckling pig is delicious.

A truly wonderful evening. Rudas's cuisine is simple yet hearty: starting with antipasti, including cured meats, pecorino, ricotta mustia, zucchini, eggplant Sassarese-style, and so on. Two first courses, with maloreddus and ravioli, followed by the unmissable Sardinian porceddu (pork tenderloin) accompanied by cucumbers to cut through the intense flavors.
To finish, the hand-made seadas (a type of pasta) with an intense, delightful citrus flavor.
Recommended for experiencing authentic flavors and dishes.

A magnificent place surrounded by greenery, friendly staff, and we had a truly delicious dinner: Sardinian prosciutto, cheeses, eggplant, and zucchini just like my mother used to cook, gnocchi with wild boar ragù, ricotta, mint, and porcini ravioli, and above all, the truly superb porceddu!
Highly recommended restaurant!
