08/12/2025: Nothing to complain about lunch. We had a good fish main course and a meat one. The dining room was well-maintained, but the restrooms were less so. The surprise came at the end: a flat-rate receipt that didn't match the listed prices. When we asked for clarification, they tried to justify themselves by saying the dishes were larger than usual. Therefore, I don't feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone looking for transparency and fairness.

27/11/2025: We dined at this restaurant, ordering a mix of appetizers and a shared first course. The portions were small, and the appetizer samples weren't particularly flavorful. The tiramisu was incredibly small, and since it's homemade, you expect it to be flavorful and a decent portion, especially considering the price. You expect it to be more than just a few spoonfuls. I wanted to try their cuisine because I'm very familiar with the food in Cagliari, and it's definitely not up to par. What a shame!

We went to Silvana's as soon as she opened her restaurant; in the early days, the location had only a few tables, but the welcome and service were familiar: "you felt right at home," with local specialties, friendly service, and affordable prices. Then, over time, money took over, and everything that had a familiar feel (the quality of the dishes, terracotta wine jugs, terracotta glasses, and at the end of the meal, coffee, liqueurs, and desserts on the house) was affected by the business. So, the rooms were expanded and the menu was revised (reduced), with prices (€40) no longer affordable for everyone. Essentially, the food quality deteriorated, the service worsened, and the prices skyrocketed. Highly not recommended.

13/09/2025: On the eve of Ferragosto, after seeing the beautiful and unique San Giovanni caves... We stopped on the main street for an aperitif... Very large inside and with a lovely veranda overlooking the main square... Excellent service, friendly staff... The spritz with a white martini was well-made, and the idea of ​​accompanying the aperitif with a "tagliere" (a typical Italian cold cut) adds even more appeal. If you find yourself here in Domusnovas, I highly recommend it.

Delicious, traditional dishes such as the absolutely must-try Cannonau scallops, grilled sea bream, prawns in cognac, and many others, all perfectly cooked. A very beautiful restaurant, with a rustic style and exposed stone walls. Suitable for both families and young people. Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those visiting Flumini and the surrounding area.

This is a place I will definitely return to and recommend to anyone seeking good food and impeccable hospitality.

Breakfast offered a wide selection of savory and sweet dishes, accompanied by a variety of drinks, and was served on clean, expertly set tables with attention to detail. The hotel's Art Nouveau style and enviable, strategic location made our holiday wonderful. Thanks to the owners, who are truly special, and to all the staff.
