31/05/2026: We went there for dinner. The food was fantastic and authentic Sardinian, with a simple yet very stylish interior. But what truly makes this restaurant special is the family atmosphere and, above all, the warmth and friendliness of the owners. We'll definitely eat there again if we're ever in the area.
31/05/2026: We had dinner at Oasi Blu – from the very first moment, you get a cozy feeling, perhaps due to the stylish country-house decor, the park-like grounds, the warm welcome from the owners, or a combination of these elements. The food was excellent; we could have happily eaten a whole plate of every single dish, if we'd had the stomach capacity. The house wine (red for us) was also delicious. You can tell how much heart and soul has gone into Oasi Blu – highly recommended!

A piece of advice: Change the prices here too, because there's one price here, and another on the menu inside.

We ordered the tuna pizza from the unique menu and the vegetarian from the classic menu, both were perfect! highly recommend trying this place.
17/06/2026: Good pizzas, but not as good as other pizzerias I've dined at.
The air conditioning was blasting right up your neck; luckily, a lady asked if they could raise the vent, and they more or less succeeded.
The music was awful; you can't blast the music in a small room with 4/5 tables and no window; it was hard to talk or hear.
The prices are good, but in my opinion, the atmosphere needs improvement.

17/11/2025: In nomen omen. We went there on the first evening of our vacation, right after arriving in Calasetta. At the end of our vacation, it was definitely our best place. The food was truly excellent, well-prepared and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the tuna tartare was already sold out, and I recommend showing up early if you want to try it. We consoled ourselves with a lovely, freshly seared grilled belly that, months later, I still dream about. Otherwise, everything else was decidedly top-notch.

29/05/2026: The "old" Birroteca is still a safe bet. The staff has become like family over time. The food is impeccable. You'll always find a smile and the perfect beer. The only downside is the menu change, which eliminated their famous potato side dish... What a shame.
26/05/2026: We had dinner at Birroteca. The food was delicious. We had pasta, steak, and tuna. The dishes were beautifully presented. The restaurant is very clean and the service is good. They serve craft beer on tap. The pilsner is highly recommended. All in all, a wonderful evening!

13/05/2026: And this is the second time we've had dinner there, everything was perfect, the waiters were good and well-prepared, the owner Antonello makes you feel welcomed, wanted and cared for as if you were at home, the service is impeccable, the menu is varied and complete, the dishes were delicious, the tuna tartare and the carpaccio were excellent like everything else, the place is super refined, thanks for everything, we will definitely be back.

22/05/2026: We had an incredible tuna carpaccio. It was simply unbelievably delicious. I eat out often and a lot, but this was truly Michelin-star quality. The suckling pig was tender and beautifully presented on the mashed potatoes – tender and incredibly tasty. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by and prepare to be amazed!

30/06/2026: In one of the reviews for this restaurant, we read that it is one of the best restaurants those people were in ever. And after our experience, we agree with that. The fish was very tasty, one of the best I've had in my life. Kids were happy with their simple dishes, and the service was impeccable. Everyone was cheerful and accommodating. We'd gladly return.
