The quality of the products and the refinement of the preparation are remarkable, but we were simply thrilled by the personal and attentive service of the three hosts. We would gladly return.

17/10/2025: "Agriturismo" in the truest sense of the word, lunch outside on the veranda, the dishes offered were delicious, all locally sourced, and the set menu included second helpings.
We were very satisfied with the overall lunch, especially the price (€35 per person) for various appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, drinks, coffee, dessert, and liqueur, all accompanied by the owner's kindness.
The only thing I would advise the owner (as an animal lover) is that dogs and cats should not roam among the tables.

15/10/2025: A true experience! A wonderful family-run business. Most of the guests were there with their campers and stayed overnight. We came for dinner on the recommendation of friends. Much of the food is home-grown, and a lot of heart goes into it. We were there for a total of 3-4 hours. We had bread with olives and a cheese/ham platter, 2 appetizers, 2 primi (pasta dishes), 2 main courses (meat), and dessert. You could always order more, but honestly, it was very filling! The owners speak Italian, German, and English. Drinks of water, wine, and homemade limoncello were included in the price (€35 per person). A truly enjoyable evening.

15/10/2025: Strolling along the seafront, we decided to make a reservation for dinner, and we were right!
The restaurant is very refined, with professional, elegant, and attentive staff.
The service is excellent, and the quality of the food is truly excellent.
Everything was fresh and delicious: we enjoyed typical Carloforte dishes. The tuna steak, which I'd been dying to try, was truly excellent, as delicious as everything else.
The location is beautiful, right on the seafront.
The prices are high, but the quality of the food and service justifies it.
If you want to savor typical local dishes and be pampered by attentive and friendly staff, this is definitely the place!
06/10/2025: In my opinion, it's the epitome of excellence in Carloforte. High-level service that doesn't veer into excessive formality; time is spent at large tables and comfortable seating; an extensive and refined wine list; mastery from appetizers to dessert; fair bills that are perfectly tailored to the offerings. But what really makes the difference is the staff: all of them! Congratulations 💯

Tuna. Excellent... but the rest is just as good!
06/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant with delicious food, and the staff are excellent at explaining things and making recommendations.
The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the wait staff is very friendly.
I think the kitchen needs to adjust its timing. With three of us at the table, we never received our food at the same time, meaning we always ate alone.
Our table was always served last, even though we were the first to arrive.
14/11/2025: Once again, it was a sure thing! We had lunch at the "mushroom-go" event and we weren't disappointed. From appetizers to dessert, the dishes were simply perfect. The risotto and dessert really deserve a special mention! Excellent!

23/11/2025: We arrived here by chance in the rain, hungry, around 3 pm. We were greeted and seated by the owner despite it being late for lunch. Mario is the best in the world! He offered us the house special, and we were able to watch the games. The food and service were excellent, and you felt right at home. When we return to this area, I will definitely return to this inn. I recommend it to everyone.

01/11/2025: If you love fresh shellfish and fish, this is the place to be. I had the most delicious red shrimp tartare here. Definitely try the fregola. The service was very friendly. I've been traveling in Sardinia for a month now, and this is a real gem for fish. The atmosphere is also very nice, and the service was excellent.

18/10/2025: The food was decent, nothing exceptional. We had linguine with sea urchins (a little too salty and the pasta was overcooked), mussels with breadcrumbs and saffron, and seadas. It's a shame our dinner lasted about three hours, as if we'd gone to a Michelin-starred restaurant for a tasting menu... Prices were average.

The dishes are flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented: a true delight from start to finish.
The welcome is exceptionally warm; you immediately feel at home, with attentive and friendly service.
A must-visit in Carbonia for those who love good Italian/Sardinian cuisine and a friendly atmosphere.
I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

21/12/2025: It's surprising that such a discreet establishment doesn't offer a house wine. This isn't the Ritz... Paying €22 for a bottle seems truly inappropriate in a place like this. Very kind and helpful staff. The food is okay.
08/12/2025: Excellent first courses with generous portions. I had the tuna and my husband the salmon, which turned out to be excellent choices. Very friendly staff. I'll be back.

06/12/2025: I've been a Google Guide for many years and have posted numerous reviews on Google Maps. My wife and I live in a town near this restaurant (Sant'Antioco), but we'd never eaten there before. Today, while driving around, we decided to stop for lunch. And we were very pleased: the food was absolutely delicious, as was the house wine in a 50cl carafe. The service was good, and the restaurant and bathrooms were spotless. Yes, yes, yes... a real discovery, especially considering the restaurant is part of a hotel. Congratulations!
