22/10/2024: Fixed menu, pleasant, all dishes were well prepared. Obviously we are far from cuisine but it is a local cuisine with predictable dishes of reasonable quality. The service is courteous, perhaps not exactly dedicated, but always present. The environment is a mix of slightly kitsch but welcoming styles.

04/10/2024: Great place! Family atmosphere, atmospheric decor. The menu is one for everyone and consisted of snacks, soup, several appetizers, main course (I didn't take a photo because it disappeared too quickly 😅) and dessert. Plus a carafe of wine and water. All for 35 euros per person. Fresh, local and seasonal products, deliciously prepared, amazing! Very nice and professional service. I'd love to come back!

21/10/2024: One can only agree with the preliminary reports. The food is super tasty and the service is above average and extremely friendly. Absolute recommendation!!!

15/10/2024: Particular place in the Sulcis countryside. Simple but genuine cuisine, fresh and local products. Fast and friendly service. Set menu. The gesture of not counting the children for the final bill was kind. Definitely pet friendly place, much loved by Central European tourists

04/01/2025: We stopped for lunch yesterday as we were passing through. 5 stars for the service I give to Mr. Antonio who, despite being alone in the restaurant, ran tirelessly to serve all the tables. We had to wait a bit but the pizza was really good. The dough is very light. He made heart-shaped pizza for me and my aunt 😅😜.

09/11/2024: Arrivo fuori orario un po' tardi, chiedo se possibile pranzare e col sorriso mi accoglie una persona squisita; sala vuota ovviamente vista l'ora, l'unico presente è colui che fa tutto. Chiedo se ha da consigliarmi e " ciò che le va!" Già qui un premio! Ordino filetto ai ferri e verdura cruda o cotta a piacimento, vino della casa. Arriva tutto, condimenti compresi e persino una focaccia tagliata al posto del pane. Beh, carne divina, tenera gustosa gratificante, vino che mi porta su, focaccia e olio d'oliva sardo ottimo. Pago assolutamente il giusto ma soprattutto ha davanti una persona a modo, umile al punto giusto, capace di accoglierti, di fare due parole, ma senza mai essere invadente. Capita spesso quando non c'è nessuno altro in sala. Beh, di sicuro, quando ritornerò a 20/30 km da qui verrò ancora da Antonio. Spero presto di essere ancora così felice di pranzare come oggi. 21/12/2024: Of its kind, the best restaurant in Carloforte. Historic atmosphere with a touch of modernity, in fact the venue is nestled between the walls of the CineTeatro Cavallera. Very high level menu, appetizers including raw tuna and above all, the first courses (seafood carbonara and seafood spaghetti) of unparalleled quality, creaminess and taste. Excellent catch of the day. The desserts are also superlative, in particular their one-of-a-kind pardula flan and the chocolate sphere. But the real praise for this place goes to their dining room staff. One of the best reception services ever found. Kind, courteous, professional, prepared and truly tireless.

27/10/2024: I stumbled upon Lavori in Corso with colleagues after a workday nearby, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality. Each dish was clearly prepared with passion and high-quality ingredients, giving a true taste of Sardinian tradition. The restaurant itself is small, but if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, you’re in for a genuinely enjoyable experience. The menu is limited, yet it offers something for various tastes, which adds to the charm. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is a slight rigidity from the kitchen with small requests – they stick closely to the menu, even for minor adjustments or combining appetizers onto a shared platter. Despite this, I highly recommend it; it’s one of those unexpected finds that adds so much to Italian dining tradition.

12/10/2024: By far the best restaurant we visited while our stay in Sardegna. Traditional dishes, very well prepared and with a little tweak. The prices are a bit above average, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommendable.

29/12/2024: Goodness, hospitality and courtesy summarize our experience at Cibus. Each traditional dish is reworked with originality so as to amaze the palate. The fregola with sausage and porcini cream is intense and at the same time delicate, the fried mushrooms an absolute delight, husband enchanted by the meat and fried reasons as dessert. Wines: excellent cellar!

04/01/2025: Excellent experience. We ate for lunch. A tasting menu based on tuna presented in all its variations, two first courses and a very delicate and particular tuna tripe. Excellent service and very good wine list. Excellent value for money.

Because there were 4 of us plus the little girl For second we had the fried calamari, I didn't like it. They were soft 🥴 The menu for the little girl was perfect Spaghetti plain + chicken cutlet with french fries 😋😋😋😋😋

21/08/2024: Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in questo fantastico hotel. Le camere ampie silenziose, pulitissime e un giardino molto curato. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e non potevamo fare scelta migliore, tutto ottimo dal pesce, alla carne alla pizza. Vorrei evidenziare l'altissima qualità di ogni prodotto e l'elasticità nell'esaudire ogni nostro desiderio. Il servizio velocissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento a Roberto che ci ha ospitato e trattato sempre con estrema gentilezza e professionalità e ci ha divertito con la sua ironia. Speriamo di tornare in questa parte della Sardegna che e' un angolo di Paradiso e torneremo senz'altro all'hotel Perda Rubia.

18/04/2024: Wonderful place with fantastic cats and very well looked after. Wide choice of quality products at reasonable prices. Very good croissants. The owner is very nice and approachable, a real shame to have learned that this place will close soon due to obvious shortcomings of the municipal administration since places like this liven up towns and create very pleasant meeting places.
