Truly fantastic experience! As a celiac, finding such a good gluten-free pizza is no easy feat. The dough was soft, light, delicious, and very digestible. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten!
Special thanks to the waitress, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thanks to her advice, I had a delicious pizza! You can immediately see that the staff has experience with celiac disease: as soon as I mentioned my celiac disease, she immediately explained that even the fries are fried separately in a dedicated fryer to avoid any cross-contamination.
For a celiac, this gives a great feeling of security and allows you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism, attention, and the quality of the food.
I highly recommend Pizzeria Officine 17 to everyone, especially those on a gluten-free diet. We'll definitely be back on our next vacation in Puglia!

15/03/2026: The place is nice, the service is good, the pizza is nice in my opinion, the thing that I think is excessive is the high cover charge for having a kind of tablecloth on the table that is full of holes and very uncomfortable, I don't think I'll go back.

11/04/2026: Delicious and unique dishes here in Salento, if you want to eat truly well, I recommend it because the quality and price are unbeatable.
I highly recommend the first courses and the pizza with Roman porchetta. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We trusted Mrs. Virginia for the desserts, and she amazed us as she did the rest of the dinner!

04/05/2025: Non metto zero perché non si può. Maleducazione più unica che rara della signora riccia alla cassa. Vergognosa. Pizza abbastanza buona ma il voto non cambia perché l’educazione viene prima di tutto.
13/04/2025: A parte il luogo molto trascurato,freddo e rumoroso,servizio lento,verdure grigliate scondite,il prezzo pagato per bevande è assurdo( 2,50 acqua e 7 euro una piccola birra),non torneremo più.
