11/04/2026: Excellent place, we had a pizza (tuna and Emmental), a first course (tonnarello with lobster), and a grilled Fassona rib-eye steak with a side of grilled vegetables. The rib-eye steak was generously portioned (it must have been about 350g), excluding the bone. It was cooked to the required level, perfectly aged, and anyone who knows rib-eye steak knows how important it is to allow you to eat it without having to bite into it. 😅 The first course was really good and plentiful, with a nice sauce and candied cherry tomatoes. Furthermore, there was half a lobster with the claw already well cracked (this isn't always the case), and the pizza was perfectly cooked (not toasted). The mozzarella was mozzarella, not stringy cheese, and the Emmental was Emmental, so in addition to having an excellent dough and excellent cooking, it was topped with quality ingredients that enhanced the overall flavor. For dessert, we ordered a stuffed crepe (off the menu) and fresh seasonal fruit. The fruit platter was plentiful and varied (kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, and oranges), sweet and not tart. The crepe was a pleasant end-of-dinner treat. The Staff We were served by a young woman who knew how to combine discretion and attentiveness, intervening when needed without ever disrupting the dinner. Proactive and always smiling, she truly managed the evening independently and confidently. Thank you, Francesca!!! Finally, we're not from Galatina, but we'll definitely be back in the future because places like this make you go home with a full belly and a smile on your face because they bring happiness. Compliments to the owner, the chefs, and the waiters.

27/02/2026: Very well-kept and well-organized place. The staff in the dining room are very kind. It's a shame about the pizza which for me gives the sensation of piadina... pizza.... But it could be my personal taste.

07/04/2026: I've been frequenting this place with my friends for a while: sometimes the experience is excellent, other times less so (for example, when we were given a table near the bathroom, with constant comings and goings and noise). Overall, however, the food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. What unfortunately left me perplexed was the customer handling in an unpleasant situation. During service, a waitress accidentally spilled an entire beer on me. She was very kind and immediately took steps to fix it, which I appreciated. The problem came later: at the end of the dinner, no one officially apologized, nor was any kind of attention shown. I spent the entire evening in a wet shirt and jeans, and the only comment at the cashier was "Oh, I didn't know about that." For me, it's precisely these little touches that make the difference, especially considering how many good pizzerias there are. I'll continue to recommend it, but after this experience, I have a few more reservations.

28/03/2026: A very pleasant discovery in the historic center of Galatina where we spent a pleasant evening in a pleasant environment where we were able to enjoy an excellent pizza. However, I do not feel like giving more than three stars due to a very bad habit of the staff of this place, namely that of making an excessive number of people wait near the entrance where there is no space. In my opinion, they should work better with the reservation times.

29/12/2025: Beautiful and meticulously designed reception venue! The food was refined; it was a buffet, followed by the cake, and everything was delicious. The 5/5 rating is 100% deserved! Excellent service, with two very large floors and rooms with very comfortable tables and chairs! The staff is perfectly suited to a 5-star venue; all dressed in black tuxedos, they served our event with pleasure and pride! The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm, full of Christmas-themed decorations with that touch of sophistication that made me dare to give it all 5 stars! I won't say anything else; you just have to try it! Refinement and luxury to the stars! 😅🏆

19/02/2026: We wanted to have breakfast on a simple Thursday morning, expecting to find a clean and welcoming environment. We appreciated the quick order taking and the preparation time, but unfortunately I'm forced to give the service two stars because the first thing we were told was "we don't do table service." That's fine, but perhaps it's not the right idea to simply hand out the pastries and coffee on a saucer, having to pick everything up or make two trips and slalom between people hoping to find a free table. Once we got to the table, we had a choice between only two, excluding the dirtiest one. Regardless of how busy the place is, and given that they don't provide table service, the space should at least be cleaned every time seats become available. We weren't provided with a tray/plate to put the pastries on, thus creating more mess that the customer shouldn't have to deal with. Not to mention the fact that once we paid, the employee gave us the bill while chewing, something that could easily be avoided when there's a customer present or by moving to the back for a moment. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

06/04/2026: Well, what can I say? Eating at Chernobyl would have been healthier. Easter Monday, set menu for €25. We were sitting inside, there wasn't much room, the tables were crowded together, one person getting up could easily block everyone else's path. On the tables were small plates of rather shoddy cured meats, placed there who knows how long ago. They were also on tables where no one was sitting. The fried foods were the only decent thing, because they were definitely frozen. The first course was a sticky pasta dish with a sauce vaguely reminiscent of the one in the kindergarten cafeteria, disgusting, so much so that even the neighboring tables complained. The mixed grill was a total disaster. Burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. No salt, and it wasn't even on the table. We refused to eat dessert either. The NAS likes this element.

06/12/2025: If you're looking for a clean place where you can enjoy something truly EXCELLENT, FRESH, from sweet to savory... well, you absolutely have to go to the bar outside the city! The staff are truly kind and welcoming... as soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a cheerful "GOOD MORNING" that's truly a pleasure. Everything you try is truly delicious, not to mention the various pastries. The place is SUPER CLEAN, you could even eat off the floor! Trust me, you won't regret it.

30/04/2026: Dinner for a communion. They seated 50 people in the internal dining room, saying the veranda was occupied, but instead 90% of the veranda was free. They didn't serve a welcome drink. And be careful, if you ask for a quote, ask for the cake toast.
