20/03/2024: I book a cake and specifically ask that it weigh no more than 3kg because the previous time, again from sugar crystals, I found a cake weighing almost a kg more than the reservation. Premise: cake with polystyrene base: €24 per kg instead of €18, 6 euros more and despite this I accept the increase. I go to pick up the cake and...surprise!!!! 4kg cake instead of 3! I point this out and the lady (it should be the owner's wife) very arrogantly tells me: you pay 4 kg because there is polystyrene! Answer: Why does polystyrene weigh one kilo? I'm already paying for it because you're paying 24 euros per kilo for the cake!!!!! Obviously, no response from the lady! Very politely I paid what I had to pay and left but I will practically never enter that bar again. You can create the best cakes, you can bake the best pasticciotti, you can have anything better than others but if you treat customers in this way with rudeness and arrogance and you don't admit your mistakes... alas🤷‍♂️!!!! Usually I don't like leaving negative reviews, as I prefer to talk about it directly with the staff, but great dissatisfaction and disappointment pushes me to do so this time. After waiting an hour and a quarter we received what we ordered at alternate times: some diners received their dish when others had already finished theirs. Baked potatoes that were anything but baked, but rather fried in oil of dubious quality and extremely salty. The pizza was not fully cooked, just burnt on the outside. The tomato sauce on the pizza is also very salty and raw. Unfortunately, we also found the low quality of the food in other dishes in the context of other dissatisfied customers. As for the service, there is little to say: almost non-existent.

24/03/2024: Let me start by saying that my group and I have been frequenting this bar for years, but after today's experience it will be the last time we set foot in this bar. After serving us the cappuccinos we asked if it was possible to add cocoa to the cappuccinos and to speed up his work, we asked to be able to bring the cocoa to the table to add it to everyone (ps. something they do automatically in other bars), but the answer of the bartender was very arrogant and dialectical (not even a friend of ours would have put himself that way). At which point we no longer allowed ourselves to ask for something if we needed it, given the ways demonstrated. Remember that if you work it is only thanks to your customers, but if you continue to treat them like this I don't know how far you will go. Thoughts of your former clients who loved coming to you even though they were not from Galatina.

23/08/2023: Torno ogni anno in questa splendida masseria, purtroppo devo constatare che rispetto agli anni precedenti i prezzi sono aumentati in linea con la tendenza vabbè ci sta ma le porzioni non possono essere anch’esse ridotte . Servizio preciso e veloce come al solito .

21/08/2023: Purtroppo devo constatare che rispetto alle precedenti visite degli anni passati, anche questo ristorante ha diminuito decisamente le porzioni degli antipasti. Forse perché la cena era a ridosso di ferragosto, ma ho trovato il servizio molto in affanno, con quindi difficoltà nel seguire un maniera adeguata la clientela. Peccato

02/10/2023: Rosticceria molto buona con rustici e pizzette, serviti subito. Atmosfera un po' confusionaria perché c'era molta gente ma consigliata per un pasto al volo.

23/12/2023: The place gives the customer the feeling of taking a leap into the past, a very interesting place in my opinion. The entrance is already a glance, you find yourself in a market from times gone by, where the owners invite you to choose meat and appetizers directly from the counter. Once recommended in the room the service is self-service. The quality ratio excellent price! I highly recommend this place!
