29/05/2026: I've been coming to Galatina for years. This place is welcoming and makes me feel at home. The service is friendly and youthful. The pasticciotto is excellent, the best I've ever eaten... it's also served late at night.

10/05/2026: The pastry shop may be good, but a rude owner who dares to rudely address a customer in a crowded café, when
he was actually in the wrong... speaks for itself! Moreover, even though he admitted his mistake, he didn't even apologize. There are plenty of good cafés in Galatina, I don't see why I should return to one where customers are treated with arrogance. Absolutely a fail!

23/08/2025: First time at this Galatina restaurant: the pucce were delicious! It's a shame there's no table service and the rush at the register, both to order and to pay. They were friendly, though. I'm sure that, perhaps by hiring more staff, they'll soon find a solution to make the experience even more enjoyable.

21/04/2026: I've been a customer for many years and I can say that everything is delicious, but today... I tried the krapfen with friends from Lecce and I have to say that you couldn't taste the frying at all, it was so light... exceptional!

28/09/2024: Pegamos um voo mais conexão! A vinda foi uma surpresa a Galatina. Nosso hotel em Lecce cancelou a reserva e achamos aqui.
Depois de 10 horas de voo mais conexão e estrada… Tudo fechado das 13:00 às 16:00, ainda sábado… pedimos uma Pucchia ( maravilhosa - de mortadela , búfala e stracchiatela- 6,00 euros) , água grande 1 litro ( €2,50) , coca lata (€ 2,50) , 2 sucos de laranja e. 1 café (€1,50) . Eles cobram taxa de €1,00 para servir a mesa . A conta para 4 pessoas com tudo € 45,00 , sendo 22,50 por casal . Ótimo em tudo

22/01/2025: Tengo un colega muy mayor que es originario de Galatina y siempre me ha hablado de este café histórico y su helado, así que vinimos a visitar Galatina y luego pasamos por el Bar delle Rose. Bueno, es bastante anticuado, pero eso no significa necesariamente que sea algo malo; podría convertirse en un punto de orgullo y distinción para los propietarios. Por favor, mejora un poco, explícale a tus empleados que es importante no parecer aburrido por los clientes.
Te doy la puntuación más alta para animarte a volver al nivel de historias y recuerdos que has dejado con tus compañeros de pueblo.

27/01/2026: 4 stars, but perhaps Levoni's. The rooms aren't comfortable, you can hear every noise at night, the breakfast is poor, the restaurant feels like a cafeteria, and the rude staff are also rude. I'm only adding one star for the addition of some gym equipment.

17/08/2025: Rudeness flaunted. No greeting or acknowledgement, either when entering or leaving. After consuming, I ask for the bill, pay, and the lady receiving the money silently walks away. Another woman comes and asks if I need to pay. I tell her I've already paid and am waiting for the receipt, to which she turns to the previous woman, "Marì, did this guy make a fool of you?" I think calling customers "this guy" is offensive. Customers are the ones who bring you money, remember that and be respectful, especially since there's another bar right next door.
