05/04/2026: During the Easter holidays in the Lecce area, I found myself in Castro Marina and this restaurant piqued my interest... so I stopped in. I hadn't booked, but the staff was incredibly kind and found me a table right away: a truly impeccable welcome. I ate very well, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and authentic flavors. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly throughout the meal. An absolutely positive experience: I'll gladly return and definitely recommend it.

07/04/2026: An authentic and unforgettable seafood experience! If you're looking for the true taste of the sea, this restaurant is a must-visit. The quality of the ingredients is simply extraordinary: you can taste the freshness of the local fish, brought in daily by local fishermen. Each dish is a tribute to tradition, treated with the respect that only such a noble product deserves. The real surprise was finding Breton sea urchins: an explosion of flavor that alone is worth the trip. The atmosphere makes everything perfect. The owner, Riccardo, is an exceptional host: extremely friendly, welcoming, and, above all, extremely knowledgeable. He guided us through the selection of dishes and wines with rare expertise, conveying all the passion he puts into his work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

02/05/2026: Go there if you want to deal with extremely rude people. The place is run by a mother and daughter who are the epitome of rudeness. To be fair, I have to say the food is good and the location is nice.

27/04/2026: Beautiful place, excellent food, and good service. The raw appetizers are very good, as are the cooked appetizers. The first and second courses are delicious, with delicate fried food. There's a lovely terrace if you want to eat outside.

13/04/2026: Excellent coffee. We had a nice cappuccino and an equally nice caffe leccese. And two ice creams for the kids. All this for only 9 euros. Right on the square. Impeccable service. If you find yourself in the Castle, stop by this small and wonderful cafe.

04/04/2026: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed! The staff (perhaps even the owners) were unprofessional and inattentive, to the point that we didn't have water glasses for everyone and we waited perhaps 15 minutes with dirty plates on the table between courses. The fish appetizers were decidedly not fresh, and the first courses were very oily and the fish wasn't fresh. Thank goodness for the view, which was truly stunning. The restaurant itself isn't worth it.

08/03/2026: Excellent seafood. The local red fish stuffed with tomatoes, olives and potatoes was amazing. Also the shellfish soup was a garlicky and buttery treat. The timing of all the courses was perfect. 2 1/2 hrs of leisurely goodness.

23/09/2025: A casual spot near the Castro Marina beach. Excellent food, well-served. I had the puccia with fried octopus, which was spectacular! The puccia is made fresh by them and stays crispy throughout the meal...truly sublime!
