09/08/2026: Spectacular raw shrimp, both the small pink ones and the large red ones! The grilled shrimp was also excellent, cooked to perfection! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! We'll definitely be back for the mixed fried shrimp and bluefish!

25/05/2026: Leaving a restaurant with a satisfied smile is quite rare these days. I hadn't been back to "Da Amedeo" in a while. A quick but substantial lunch, the appetizer of eggplant rolls with cod was excellent, but chef Andrea surprised me with this excellent dish, made with few ingredients but wonderfully prepared: spaghetti with mussels, yellow cherry tomatoes, and zucchini flowers, a hint of lime for a touch of class. The icing on the cake was the mopping up of the bread with his own bread. Top 👏👏👏
15/05/2026: We had dinner here one evening in May and were very well looked after by the owners. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was tasteful and cozy!

Everything was perfect: breathtaking location, impeccable service, exquisite dishes. You can't say you've been to Salento without treating yourself to lunch here.
30/06/2026: A sure thing that comes back every summer. A must-visit after a swim in the turquoise waters of Castro Marina, this excellent restaurant is located right next to the entrance to the Zinzulusa Cave. The location is stunningly panoramic, and every table offers a spectacular view of the sparkling sea. The dishes are meticulously presented and truly bursting with flavor. The wait staff is friendly, approachable, and very welcoming. We always return with immense pleasure. See you next time!

21/07/2026: July 2026. Our first visit to this place. It was clean, well-kept, and elegant. The staff was professional, polite, and available to offer advice. The owner was attentive and ready to welcome guests in the best possible way. The fish and other ingredients were fresh and well-made. The price was fair. Highly recommended.
12/07/2026: We just left this restaurant, and we couldn't help but review it right away, as it was truly exceptional. Excellent food, extremely friendly staff, and a stunning view. We entered as customers; we left as friends. Our sincere compliments, and see you soon.

20/07/2025: Pranzo veloce occorre compilare il menù si paga e si ritira. ottima soluzione per mangiare buon pesce a prezzi contenuti.
16/07/2025: Mi hanno consigliato questo posto per poter gustare del buon pesce. Arrivo e subito trovo un comodo piazzale dove poter parcheggiare (a pagamento 1 euro l'ora). All'ingresso del locale ci viene consegnato un menù dove bisogna indicare le pietanze e la quantità di ciò che si vuole mangiare, dopodiché si và alla cassa con il foglietto menù compilato e viene rilasciato il numero di prenotazione. Dopo appena 5 minuti siamo stati chiamati e ci viene dato il vassoio con tutte le pietanze ordinate, sono stati veloci nella preparazione considerando che erano le 20:00. Ci rechiamo dunque sul belvedere che si trova affianco, dove sono presenti numerosi tavoli da scegliere a piacimento. Abbiamo preso orecchiette al pomodoro, frittura mista di calamari e gamberi, insalata di polpo e seppie, cozze gratinate e polpettine di polpo. Cibo davvero ottimo, pesce fresco. È possibile anche il crudo di mare con cozze e ostriche, che però non ho assaggiato. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto considerando che non si viene serviti al tavolo ma è un self service. Personale all'ingresso e alla cassa gentile.

15/07/2025: La Puglia non si smente neanche oggi solo una parola STREPITOSOOO. Fantastico pesce fantastico dosi abbondanti e prezziii onestissimo.Ristorante e oescheria thop.Lo consiglio a tuttiiiii se venite in Puglia non fatevi scappare occasione di mangiare a MAREVIVO a CASTRO.

25/06/2025: Ci siamo presentati il sabato sera, senza prenotazione, in sette pax alle 20:00, nel pieno del servizio.
Tempi attesa di circa 5min, limitati all'ordine cibi che viene evaso su lista menù e pagati in cassa ante ritiro vassoi.
Si prendon vassoio cibi e beveraggio e ci si accomoda ai tavoli del dehore con vista mare.
Tempi attesa ridottissimi e qualità cibo davvero eccelsa, ci siam tornati in settimana anche a pranzo:
Stessa velocità servizio e qualità cibi fors'anche migliore.
Davvero una bella scoperta.
