31/01/2026: A perfect stop at Ristoro degli Angeli, right near Monte Sant'Angelo Castle and ample parking, is a great option after visiting the village. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming, with a simple, friendly atmosphere. The cuisine offers well-prepared and authentic Apulian dishes: we appreciated the authentic flavors, generous portions, and excellent quality. The staff, especially the very kind Maria Pia, was invaluable and available to offer advice, making the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money.
