23/10/2023: Outstanding eight course tasting menu, all paired with wonderful wines; served in a very memorable and enchanting environment. Indeed one of the highlights of our 3 week slow drive thru Italy. Their passion was evident throughout the tour and dining experience. Top of our list as a magical dining experience; one which we will always remember.

Excellent restaurant, with a choice of typical and non-typical wines.
But the pizza is also fabulous, with innovative flavors and great research into flavours.

16/11/2023: Mi hanno costretto a venire qui degli amici,soprattutto per incontrare il noto youtuber di bralw stars,ma quest'ultimo per qualche strano motivo ha cominciato a fare il maleducato con noi facendoci aspettare la bellezza di 5 ore per delle pizze ma anche per averci insultati numerevoli volte,personale davvero maleducato

22/09/2023: Good restaurant out of the main tourist area.
We had a a very reasonably priced meal here including beef carpaccio, fried fish, pasta with tuna, coke and large glass of rose for €44.
The food was good quality, decent portions and service friendly. Lots of locals were eating there.

11/03/2024: As a true Apulian, these are the places I appreciate because they allow us to showcase our culinary and hospitality tradition. The place is very beautiful, immersed in nature and the magic of the trulli. I ate the meat and recommend it!
24/02/2024: A place not to be missed in Pechi, it is located in the area with very rich appetizers, first courses with homemade cuisine, and meat at the counter to choose from, but leave it to the staff and you will leave satisfied.

26/12/2023: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in quanto ospiti dell’Hotel,e con piacevole stupore abbiamo potuto apprezzare la delicata raffinatezza nel gusto e nella presentazione dei piatti scelti,piatti di Alta cucina illustrati e serviti da MINA una gentile paziente educata e competente cameriera che si è occupata in modo eccellente del servizio al nostro tavolo
Esperienza completamente consigliata!!!
19/11/2023: Squisita cena con pietanze deliziose frutto di una cucina tradizionale ma rivisitata dallo chef Tonio in chiave moderna. Consigliatissimo per una cena di alto livello in una Bistrot molto accogliente e fine.
