25/08/2025: I went there with a couple of friends last week, and I had one of the best burgers I've ever had, washed down with a magnificent smoked beer! Very nice place, away from the chaos. Friendly staff! I'll be back :)

10/08/2025: Disappointing lunch in Villanova I hope this review helps the management change direction. Unfortunately, our lunch was disappointing: we had to wait about an hour before we could place our order. Disorganization reigned in the dining room, and despite the waiters' best efforts, they couldn't satisfy the diners, who weren't even numerous (about fifty). The fried calamari was good but slightly greasy. The real disappointment was the raw seafood: the price of just €23 was already a bit disappointing, and the result was a dish of tasteless fish and seafood that left an unpleasant aftertaste for the rest of the day. The first courses were completely ordinary and unmemorable. We thank the waiters for their efforts, but the cuisine needs a complete overhaul. The only redeeming features are the bread, taralli, and a good bottle of wine that accompanied the meal.

17/08/2025: Delicious meal and we were happy to get a table on the same day. The food was very good although we felt rushed through the meal. The servers take your order and appetizers come quickly. We got the zucchini flowers and calamari fritti, which were very good. They do two seatings at 730 and 9 and make it known you have to arrive on time so they can have the next table ready.

31/08/2025: Catastrophic. A real tourist trap. Tasteless dishes, a watery salad, ridiculous cheese portions, 50g burrata for 7 euros, excluding services at 3 euros/person. And when I reported it, I was assaulted by the cashier. Unacceptable behavior and welcome. We went to eat again with the children who were still hungry after this restaurant.

15/08/2025: "A corner of Puglia" I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was thrilled. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with references to Apulian tradition and retro touches of the 1950s and 1960s economic boom. The scent of a zest for life and enjoyment envelops you as you sit down. The menu is a journey through local flavors: from orecchiette and turnip greens to focaccia, meatballs, and cured meats. Each dish is prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Particularly noteworthy are the fragrant extra virgin olive oil and the local cheeses served as appetizers. The portions are generous and the prices fair, especially considering the care and passion with which each dish is prepared. I'm not attaching any photos as I'll leave you with the desire to experience this niche Apulian restaurant. A note to the owner: I'd like to remind you of our favorite team!

29/08/2025: I went for dinner as a couple. We had a table on the terrace; it was a fairly breezy but pleasant evening. The service was excellent, and the dishes were well-received. We had a starter of ricotta-filled ravioli with ragù sauce. (See photo) For main courses, we had brasciole with tomato sauce and breadcrumbs, and lamb with cacio e pepe sauce, baked potato, and chicory (a little too bitter). (See photo) We had two glasses of local red wine, which were very good. Quite reasonable value for money. Recommended!

24/08/2025: An average restaurant, typical of a tourist spot. The menu offers very little variety, with the usual standard tourist fare. The flavors are overall decent, but nothing memorable. In the evening, the atmosphere can be quite noisy and chaotic, partly due to the confusion among the waiters. We ordered stuffed eggplant for an appetizer and orecchiette with turnip greens for a main course: both were good, but the price was decidedly unjustified.

12/08/2025: You arrive... you're well received! The sandwiches do their job! But above all, there's a friendly, family atmosphere... a big thumbs up for the owner who is multilingual and, above all, smiling! Try it!

10/08/2025: Discovered this year, we haven't left. Free parking, fair prices, top-notch services, generous space between umbrellas, and a splendid sea, with two options for swimming: either from a sandy cove or from a ladder directly into the deeper water. Friendly staff, and a shout-out to Antonello, the lifeguard, who is always there to help with even the smallest mishaps.

01/07/2025: Platos deliciosos. Muy bien logrados. Ingredientes y platos frescos. La combinación perfecta de pasta, comida de mar y vegetales. Hasta el pan merece un 10! Vale la pena ir hasta Ostuni a probarlo. Excelente atención por su propietario/chef. Exceleten relacion precio-calidad. Muy merecida su estrella Michelin

12/08/2025: A wonderful weekend experience, we'd return for a longer stay. It's an excellent location in the charming historic center, facing the seafront promenade. The property exudes an ancient and romantic charm, yet offers all the modern comforts and is very clean. The staff is extremely kind and helpful; you feel welcomed for every need, and they're very respectful of dogs, who are welcome with water bowls always available. Attention to detail and a remarkable selection for the abundant, rich, and high-quality breakfast, from savory options, such as their excellent local focaccia, to sweet treats. It deserves 4 stars!
