10/08/2025: A typical restaurant/pizzeria that aims to maximize quantity. Instead of raising prices, they've decided to increase the number of seats. Tables everywhere and very few staff... so long waits... spaghetti arrived cold and bland. A place to avoid, especially on weekends in August or July.

09/08/2025: Terrible experience and terrible staff!!! We arrived early at the restaurant and it was still empty. We ordered two pizzas, and after an hour, still nothing... in the meantime, other people arrived, and were served immediately! We asked the waiters about our pizzas, the only kind ones, and they apologized, saying the pizzas were being cooked... After another 15 minutes, tired, we left, and the lady at the cashier didn't even apologize when we told her we'd been ordering for an hour... and she told the kitchen to cancel our order, so our pizzas weren't even being cooked! Other people who arrived after us were served immediately, while we weren't! Shame!!!!! Move on, there are other restaurants right down the road that deserve better!

27/08/2025: The staff is very rude, I do not recommend it and it should not be for the customers, I certainly prefer other bars in Castrignano, better Florentine and Papermoon

28/05/2025: A barista must be friendly and welcoming to customers and also to colleagues. Customer satisfaction is also appreciated for a positive work environment. Showing empathy, and collaborating respectfully with colleagues can help build trusting relationships and create a good atmosphere in a business. Avoiding pompous or arrogant behavior is essential to maintaining professional and pleasant interactions. There is nothing to complain about the quality of the bar's products, but humiliations hurt those who receive them. Solidarity with the barista who was harassed in my presence. I will never stop in this place again to get an espresso. Best regards

13/08/2025: The pasta was good and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our waiter was not friendly and even blamed my 5-year-old son for resting his feet under his knee while sitting, despite the fact that the outdoor chairs were plastic, visibly dirty, and no longer their original white color. This left a sour note on an otherwise decent meal.

22/07/2025: Four years ago, we found this pizzeria in the historic center. Despite the small location, we fell in love with the food and had been there for two out of six dinners. We looked it up again this year and were pleasantly surprised to see they'd moved and expanded to a beautiful location with extremely convenient parking. The menu is extensive, and there's plenty of pizza to choose from. The dough is delicious and, above all, light. It's hands down our favorite restaurant/pizzeria in the city.

14/08/2025: I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were excellent, with a stunning view of the entire valley. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks to Sabrina for the excellent service. And the excellent dishes from Chef Graziano. I'll be back 😁

05/07/2025: Mini panzerotti, but normal price (1.50). If it had been full, I would have contextualized it by saying "tourist destination" (various cans 1.50, for example), but it was also vacant.

17/07/2025: Very nice place. We made a reservation. They had an all-you-can-eat option for Apulian panzerotti, but we didn't try them, so we opted for the set menu. We had the house appetizer, which was good but tasted like leftovers from various dishes—namely, gratinated mussels and parmigiana—let's just say we were expecting a different kind of appetizer. Then we had a first course, orecchiette with turnip tops. The portion was generous, and the simple flavor was like homemade. They also had desserts, but we didn't like the selection, so we didn't order them. The waitresses were very nice.

28/04/2025: This place lacks nothing! A wide choice of dishes all prepared with care and quality products. The pizza is very good! Very large spaces (even outside) suitable for hosting large tables. They often organize evenings and events with live music. The staff is super professional: we had lunch with them on Easter Monday (a table of more than 30 people) and they were attentive to every kind of request (allergies, intolerances, personal tastes). Super recommended!

30/08/2025: Rude staff. We asked to split the bill and were told it wasn't possible. The owner then threw the receipt at us. We won't be returning, not recommended.

29/08/2025: At first, the concept is enticing: cocktails in a beautiful setting on comfortable beanbags, a nice little chilled aperitif, except that the price suddenly wakes you up! And the welcome can be disappointing... nothing to eat, peanuts are apparently rare in Italy! And the manager who puts away his beanbags every 2 minutes, it's better to favor a smile and a very discreet thank you, ultimately not a very relaxing moment...

28/08/2025: Simple, basic, and excellent value. Eating seafood in Ostuni is a no-frills affair, with basic yet precise service. The trofie with clams is excellent, but the fritto misto needs a rethink. It was a pleasant discovery on a busy day due to the town festival, but the restaurant was packed. This purchasing and preparation method, often used in Puglia for meat, really shines here with the freshest fish. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Ostuni.
