02/01/2026: Went for the tour. The History and beauty of this place is primo. I am better in my life for seeing and being there. The extra virgin olive oil is top 5 i have ever tasted. Go and enjoy.

08/03/2026: Based on my experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. We got a spot on the rooftop with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and the city. The service was perfect: attentive, courteous, quick, and extremely friendly (communication was in Italian or English). The food was outstanding; the tuna steak and roasted octopus were a true delight. The red wine was sensational, not to mention the homemade tiramisu 🤩... you made my day 💯

04/03/2026: This is a nice little restaurant, tucked away in the historic center just inside the walls of the town. There is a good choice on the menu. Service was friendly but a bit slow and they seemed short of staff, so definitely a relaxed pace here, but still enjoyable. It serves authentic Apulian cuisine so dishes are simple yet full of flavour. Definitely worth considering if in the area.
