14/10/2023: Nice place to chill. View directly onto the popular Blue Door. Aperol Spritz for 6 euros. A large glass, quite a lot of alcohol. They don't serve snacks, but they didn't count the coperto either.

02/01/2024: La qualità delle portate non è all’altezza, molto fumo e poco arrosto. Un pranzo a buffet con portate a volte fredde, organizzato male, troppa gente che si ammassava per servirsi al buffet … ma soprattutto conto non adeguato alla qualità: 75€ a persona. Una bottiglia di vino acquistabile in enoteca a 13€ viene a costare 50€. Si mangia meglio e si spende molto meno in tante altre masserie nei dintorni, serviti al tavolo. Esperienza negativa, da non ripetere

23/11/2023: Il ristorante Le Carrube, situato all'interno dell'omonima Masseria, offre un ambiente gradevole ed avvolgente, creando la cornice ideale per trascorrere serate piacevoli in compagnia di amici. La novità della prenotazione con poco anticipo per il menù fisso vegetariano è un punto positivo, e la preparazione delle pietanze si conferma straordinaria e gustosa, sorprendendo ad ogni portata. Tuttavia, il servizio sembra essere il punto debole, con un'attenzione forse leggermente sottostimata e un'affacendata frenesia tra i camerieri nel servire i piatti, a discatipo delle richieste dei clienti. Nonostante ciò, l'esperienza complessiva è stata quasi perfetta.

03/01/2024: The environment is certainly very refined and the staff friendly. Very particular combinations of the dishes on the menu. Despite the name, I wouldn't say it's exactly a tavern, but rather a real restaurant. Prices slightly above average in Ostuni.

06/04/2024: It's always difficult to choose a place in tourist locations because there are always many, but this is definitely one that shouldn't be missed. A warm and evocative place. Furnished with taste and richness of detail. An amazing cuisine. On Easter day, we tasted appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts... all truly impeccable. Perfectly cooked, balanced flavours... I really hope to return very soon. Last, not least, the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. Personally, I recommend not to miss the Podolica tartare and the starter with burrata, unsurpassed! You really can't pass through Ostuni without stopping there!

13/12/2023: we had one of the most delicious pizzas in Ostuni. Great service, quick and nice small talk with the waiters, extremely friendly helpful. View from the restaurant is amazing, located in the heart if ostuni and on top of the city. Keep going

11/02/2024: Last time we set foot in this place. Someone make that carpet waiter with glasses and a tail understand that he can't afford to say "you shouldn't be a pain in the ass" to my friend when he simply asked for a change to a sandwich. We thought he was joking, but he actually banged his fists on the table, he was so nervous. We were really scared. For what? Because my friend simply asked to remove certain ingredients from the sandwich. Are we kidding? My friend went to look for the owner to ask for explanations of this behavior which was uncivilized to say the least, as well as disrespectful to a customer who had come to eat, but wasn't there. Coincidentally, this evening the owner was precisely that waiter, who loudly reiterated that he is not at all sorry for what he did and said. There are no words for the terrible spectacle that I and various witnesses witnessed. Stay away from the place until this individual is kicked out. We will contact you again and talk to those who are really responsible and who really have the interest of their place at heart and above all the respect due to a customer. Give the job to those who really deserve it.

Es ist definitiv ein Ort, den man besuchen sollte, wenn man auf der Suche nach ausgezeichnetem Essen, freundlichem Service und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre ist. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freue mich schon darauf, erneut von den kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht zu werden.

21/02/2024: We booked spontaneously and booked an additional day every day. The beginning of October was off season and there were hardly any other guests there. The best thing is that no furniture was purchased to furnish. This means that the charm of the original furnishings has been preserved. We also had dinner once and there were typical local dishes. Otherwise we bought the delicious olive oil with lemon. The farm also has a swimming pool and is generally very spacious. We'd love to come back.

23/10/2023: Don’t miss this lovely place. Wonderful food, service, location, hosts. So much to see and discover on site and within a short drive. The highlight of our holiday.

Indeed one of the highlights of our 3 week slow drive thru Italy. Their passion was evident throughout the tour and dining experience. Top of our list as a magical dining experience; one which we will always remember.
