30/08/2024: Had a very culinary meal on the advice of various people and… they weren't lying! Very professional waiter who knew everything about the wines and local products, highly recommended!

29/08/2024: I have known this restaurant in the heart of Ceglie Messapica for some time and I can only review it positively. The starters are delicious, I loved the potato croquettes and the aubergine rolls, but what I absolutely prefer are the 7-grain friselline with chickpea cream and prawns. The first courses are also absolutely worth trying, the delicious squares with scampi and pistachio cream. If you pass by here, keep a place for the desserts, homemade and delicious!

03/09/2024: There are no words to express how impeccable the dinner at Arrosteria Borgo Antico was in every course we had the pleasure of tasting. The raw materials used are very fresh and chosen with a preference for the locality, the cuts of meat, selected and refined, are masterfully prepared, the appetizer is a perfect combination of tradition and the chef's creativity. We started our dinner with the house appetizer. Worthy of note are the beef tartare seasoned with mustard and crunchy onion, the carpaccio with pink pepper, the fondue with chopped pistachios, the selection of strictly local cured meats and dairy products and the mint-scented caponatina. For the choice of meat we let ourselves be guided by Angelo, Owner as well as creative mind and chef, ordering a Florentine and a cut of exceptional quality! We then concluded the dinner with some excellent desserts and cannoli served with grappa and limoncello. A round of applause then goes to the kindness of all the staff. This is one of those places set in a suggestive setting that I would recommend to anyone to make a good impression. We will be back without a doubt!

27/08/2024: Antipasto non come descrizione.....con robe diverse ...e quando abbiamo chiesto il perché ci hanno risposto ...messi nel menu da poco...i primi buoni orecchiette al sugo...e al forno gratinate ma niente di che....cameriere arrogante e presuntuoso....prezzo leggermente alto x quello che abbiamo mangiato sconsigliato

16/08/2024: This bakery was recommended to us by our host and it did not disappoint. The choice is limited to traditional local desserts, but I assure you they will not disappoint you. I took a couple of trays to take home to relatives who were amazed by the deliciousness.

26/11/2023: Piccolo ristorante in ambiente rustico , interno che ricorda un trullo , troppo carino!! Cibo ottimo e abbondante. Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia in un’atmosfera rilassante , merita davvero di essere sfruttato questo bel ristorantino nel cuore di Ceglie. Camerieri e chef gentili e attenti alle nostre richieste. Prezzi onesti. Da provare assolutamente!

28/08/2024: On Saturday we were with a group of you and we ordered 2 house appetizers, 1 cut and two roasts... where to our regret we saw that the dishes were very poor and for what we paid I exaggerated I can only give bad publicity and not come again

28/08/2024: Very nice restaurant with outdoor tables on a small square in Ceglie Messapica. We ate both the first and second courses of meat very well. Perfect service.

21/07/2024: Place with outdoor seating in one of the characteristic streets of this beautiful town that is Ceglie. I ate very well in a relaxed atmosphere with excellent starters and an excellent cut of meat. Final liqueur offered by the house. Well done!
