05/04/2025: Cibo ottimo,servizio fin troppo veloce tanto da toglierci i bicchieri mentre stavamo ancora terminando ,inoltre in cassa non ci volevano far pagare separatamente ma hanno preteso da noi una transazione unica pur avendo inserito nello scontrino le quote singole ,dopo nostra insistenza hanno accettato..Ci ritornerei solo per il cibo ,non per la gentilezza..PAGARE CON CONTI SEPARATI È UN DIRITTO DEL CLIENTE A PRESCINDERE DAL METODO DI PAGAMENTO ...

23/03/2025: The food is excellent, we took various types of hamburgers and pizzas and we were satisfied. Friendly staff and fairly fast service, it is advisable to book a table.

29/03/2025: While browsing Facebook I noticed this place and after viewing the negative reviews I wanted to see how true they were. I must admit that I didn't find what was written in the negative reviews. My experience was very very positive. I invite everyone to try this place at least once. Welcoming place, helpful staff, value for money and fast service. In short, try it and believe it :)

07/03/2025: Given that we ate well, the food is of high quality and the setting is very suggestive, without going into too much detail, as soon as we entered we were told that the Pinse were not there. Not that they were finished (also because it was 8pm) but they just weren't there. I really wanted those but anyway... In the end I opted for a cold cuts and cheese platter to share, meatballs and a glass. The second problem arose when the meatballs arrived: 4 in number and small in size as seen in the photo for the modest sum of 14 euros: €3.50 per meatball. In the end I had to fill myself up with bread, which was also very good but still bread.

16/02/2025: An intimate and elegant place in the heart of Bisceglie. Trained and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for any occasion.

17/02/2025: It was a pleasant surprise to taste the pizza in this place in Bisceglie. The dough was excellent, light, the toppings of the pizzas were excellent and the service was polite and kind and the cost was very affordable

21/03/2025: A wonderful discovery. I consider Fermento one of the best pizzerias in Bisceglie, if not the best! Top quality ingredients. I will be back very soon. Photo? Too late, the pizza was already half done.

24/02/2025: I've gotten takeaway pizzas twice since the new management (end of 2024) and both times they got the wrong pizza. The first time for a pizza with two ingredients they forgot one, the second time I asked for a pizza without mozzarella because my son doesn't eat it and they gave me mozzarella. I had to remove all the ingredients from the pizza, remove every trace of mozzarella from the pizza base and the ingredients it was stuck to, then I had to put the sauce and ingredients back in and put it back in the oven. If I wanted to make the pizza myself, I didn't come to buy it. It also dripped oil, too heavy. The old management of this Pizzeria (when it was called Strike) worked very well and in fact the reviews up to 2024 refer to that pizzeria.

13/04/2025: A good pizza. the environment is also spacious. Maybe a little noisy but still a good place. To return
