05/08/2025: As a tourist in Bisceglie and Puglia - with no Italian except basic greetings - I found this place to be the most welcoming local during our trip. Antonio took care of us from the second he could hear I didn't speak Italian. Whether it was showing us good food spots, talking about culture, or even showing us how to make Taralli in the kitchen. We sat here on a Sunday and watched a hundred locals come to get their birthday cakes and desserts , having realized it is rated as the best quality and service for cakes and pastries in the area. Please go visit them if you are not from here. You will feel respected and enjoy every minute. Thank you so much Antonio, Francesco, and especially Rosa for your warm hearts and kindness. 12/10/2025: A very traditional pizzeria in the center of Bisceglie. Nine of us came on a Saturday night and found the place quite crowded, but we had a relatively short wait to get in. The interior, however, is quite oppressive and doesn't allow for a full enjoyment of the evening. I ordered a pizza and it arrived almost burnt, but the staff was very quick and friendly and brought me a remade one. Very good pizza, highly recommended.

13/09/2025: Two weeks ago, we celebrated our wedding in this dream location, where I've always felt at home. The event took place outdoors, and despite the rain that lingered until 5:00 PM, the entire staff did their best to create the perfect setting for the spaces we chose. Carlo, Daniela, Ida, Angela, and the entire Casale staff, in addition to making us feel special, took care of every detail: from the floral arrangements to the table setting, from welcoming our guests to the impeccable service—not to mention the food, which was simply superb. 08/07/2025: It was a real pleasure to stay in this wonderful little palazzo. We felt at home, with an extraordinary staff, very eager to fulfill our every wish, and even more. Our thanks to the entire staff, led by Don Michele, who treated us as if we were part of the family. Large, clean, extremely elegant room with a view of the old center, not too much noise. Hearty breakfast, I could only fatten up with the pies offered by the two nice ladies who served us. I still have fun now when I remember: serve 2 pieces (of pie) they are good and you will like it!! ....that's what I was told in the morning. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to every point of interest in the town of Biscelle. Parking space right in front of the hotel, you have to tell the car's registration number to access the central area (where the hotel is). It is a place where I truly felt the warm, hospitable and professional spirit of the people of Puglia.

19/10/2025: If you love pizza with thin, crispy, and above all light crust, you've come to the right place. They offer a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients are excellent. The service is quick; even if you order an appetizer, they don't crowd you out by three or four tables like others do. The timing is perfect, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, as is the owner, who, in addition to being a pizza chef, is also very personable. Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: We found this place almost by chance, and being paella lovers, we went for lunch, making a reservation for two, with the idea of ​​becoming regulars and returning from time to time. We knew the paella would take 30 minutes, as indicated on the menu, so I'll let you recommend a couple of appetizers: salmon carpaccio and shrimp encilado, both excellent. To be honest, I found the wait quite long, but the place, although not full, was still lively and busy. The unpleasant part, unfortunately, came later: we didn't get the paella because after about an hour and a half of waiting, after seeing it also being served at the next table with the excuse "the paella was ordered by phone," I asked for the bill and left. So those who order paella by phone have priority over others who arrived first? I wonder, for example, how a new customer can be served on time if there are 5 or 6 tables of regulars with pre-ordered paella. Does that seem to be acceptable? As a new customer, even if I wanted to (and I didn't know this unwritten rule, otherwise I never would have sat down), I could never have afforded to pre-order it because, not knowing me, there would have been no trust in me... Service needs reviewing, waiting times need reviewing. How can you expect a customer, new or old, to tolerate such behavior?
