08/01/2026: I visited Trapetum in Bisceglie early last year and only now realized I hadn't left a review, so I wanted to share my experience. I've only been there once, but I'll definitely be back because the place deserves it. The atmosphere is lively, youthful, and informal, perfect for those looking for a place to spend an evening with friends, enjoying pizza and beer in a cheerful atmosphere. The place isn't huge, but it's well-organized: it offers both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing you to choose based on the season or your company. The pizza is undoubtedly the highlight: well-cooked, with a soft dough and quality ingredients. The street food options and sandwiches are also very tasty and varied to suit different tastes. The selection of beers and drinks completes the experience, making Trapetum ideal for a quick break or a casual evening. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and recommend the best options. Although the place can get crowded, service is efficient and fast, without long waits. Prices are average, fair for the quality of the food and service. The only small complaint is that at busy times it can get a bit crowded, but it's manageable and doesn't ruin the experience.

24/11/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism, and everything was wonderful: the room, the decor, and the absolute helpfulness of the wait staff. We even had a DJ who kept us dancing until the end; we had so much fun! Last but not least, compliments to the chef, everything was delicious... the fusilli with creamed turnips and sausage was mouth-watering... and the cake melted in your mouth! 28/10/2025: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday last Saturday as an exclusive evening event. The location is beautiful, the staff is helpful and friendly, the service excellent, and the dinner was delicious. All the guests appreciated and enjoyed everything. We are very satisfied❣️

05/08/2025: As a tourist in Bisceglie and Puglia - with no Italian except basic greetings - I found this place to be the most welcoming local during our trip. Antonio took care of us from the second he could hear I didn't speak Italian. Whether it was showing us good food spots, talking about culture, or even showing us how to make Taralli in the kitchen. We sat here on a Sunday and watched a hundred locals come to get their birthday cakes and desserts , having realized it is rated as the best quality and service for cakes and pastries in the area. Please go visit them if you are not from here. You will feel respected and enjoy every minute. Thank you so much Antonio, Francesco, and especially Rosa for your warm hearts and kindness. 28/12/2025: An experience with ups and downs, the food was definitely excellent. Unfortunately, the set menu was served over several hours (as if it were a wedding) to sync with the other tables, with people arriving half an hour and an hour after us. They seated us at a table in an obscene position. Unfortunately, a large table of local barbarians, adults, arrived and behaved like kids on a school trip, loud and disrespectful of the other diners. The owner didn't even think to call them to order, but instead watched the game on a tablet. It's a shame; the food was good, but there were extremely long pauses, but with this wedding format, I wouldn't return. The waitress who looked after us was extremely friendly.

Special attention was paid to guests with food intolerances, which was greatly appreciated. Every detail was taken care of: from the presentation of the dishes to the quality of the ingredients, everything was designed to make guests feel pampered and satisfied. A special thanks to the staff: kind, attentive, always available with a smile, despite the restaurant being full. A place where good food combines with a sincere welcome. I will definitely be back!
