The location is great, right on the beach. The property is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decades old. Clean but very worn. The rooms lack kettles, coffee, tea, water, or drinking glasses. The air conditioning is noisy but doesn't cool well. Delicious coffee for breakfast.

I stayed one night with my family; it's not a 5-star hotel, but I've seen much worse. The hotel is dated, but clean. The bathroom could have been a little better; some toiletries weren't a bad thing. I didn't find the reception staff particularly friendly. The location is top-notch, if you get a sea-view room.

Room in dilapidated condition, TV doesn't work, asked at reception, response? Oh, I don't know how it works, I can't help you. The minibar in the room is empty, not even a 15-cent bottle of water... But you pay one euro in the machine downstairs. Phone charging sockets are far away from the bed. I'm in Bisceglie for work, I get up at 7 in the morning, breakfast isn't available before 7... not even coffee. An experience not to be repeated. I've seen 2-star hotels that are much nicer and more organized than this one. An experience not to be repeated.

The hotel is excellent. It is located right on the seashore. The rooms are excellent, spacious and clean. The service is excellent.

A spectacular hotel with polite and helpful staff. I had a sea view room which enchants you as soon as you wake up in the morning. I recommend it for any event.

A weekend in January, in a wonderful location. We purchased a double room with an internal view, and upon arrival, they upgraded us to a sea view. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. The staff were wonderful, everyone was extremely kind, from the front desk to the waiters. The only downside was the extremely hard mattress and ultra-thin pillow. But that doesn't detract from the quality of the hotel.
