Angela is always very kind to customers, and the food is excellent. One of the few Chinese restaurants (and not Japanese ones) in the area (though they do have some sushi, which is still very good). I recommend the steamed dumplings, spring rolls, spicy stir-fried soy noodles, and udon with shrimp and vegetables (I recommend the entire menu, actually; it's all delicious). The crab clouds offered to all customers as soon as they sit down are very welcome. I go there very often, at least a couple of times a month.
