06/01/2026: Good for Food isn't just any restaurant. It's a sensory experience. Professional service, quality ingredients expertly prepared by Vincenzo, a gentleman chef. A special mention for the spaghetti with sea urchin pulp: I've only ever had them this good in Mondello. The wine list is good. The desserts are original and tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

03/01/2026: Before sitting down, we asked the staff twice if we could use coupons, knowing the restaurant's prices. Both times, we were told we could use them ("I'll go and ask the owner for confirmation"). At the end, we paid at the cashier, revealing that the coupons were unusable. I would have preferred to have found out beforehand when we were asked for confirmation twice, so we could have chosen to go elsewhere.

24/12/2025: The waiter was very nice and kind, the sandwich was very good and arrived quickly, the environment was very clean.

25/10/2025: On Saturday evening, I decided to book a table at this restaurant and enjoy an excellent sandwich. I have to say, however, that I wasn't completely satisfied. Despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, I waited outside for half an hour. After being seated, I waited another 45 minutes for my sandwich. The food was excellent, but the staff was inconsistent and unreliable in respecting the timetable. I can say that despite the excellent quality of the food and the excellent quality of the ingredients, I would never return to this place. I appreciate the frenzy of Saturday evenings, but perhaps it would be more respectful to customers not to accept reservations on that day of the week to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

21/12/2025: Table booked a week or so ago, booked for 8.30pm we sat down at 9.40pm, we waited half an hour to be served, luckily the food was good but the service was terrible.

13/12/2025: We called to pick up the things, they said half an hour and they came after 2 hours and they paid 2 euros for the 2 pieces of focaccia and they didn't bring them to the child.

15/09/2025: It's a really nice place where they make delicious pizzas, focaccias, etc. I recommend it.

24/12/2025: Despite waiting half an hour for the bathroom and a drink, we were denied access to the bathroom due to a "fault" that obviously didn't exist. Shame on you, the bathroom isn't denied to anyone, let alone a customer.

19/10/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism and were completely satisfied! The food was truly excellent and plentiful, the service was excellent and attentive, even with guests with various food allergies, and the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with a stunning view of Castel del Monte! The owner, Nicola, was truly kind and always available! I highly recommend this establishment, we will definitely be back!

06/01/2026: I've been frequenting Locanda dei Duchi for years and have known it practically forever. My father has known the owner for a very long time, and this has made the inn a familiar place for me since I was little: I've even been there to celebrate New Year's Eve several times. Over the past ten years, however, I've returned especially in the summer, drawn by the outdoor tables that offer a spectacular view, all the way to Castel del Monte. The restaurant is immersed in nature, quiet and rustic, perfectly integrated into the Alta Murgia National Park. You immediately feel the tranquility of the Apulian countryside, and the atmosphere is authentic and welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful, ready to make every visit a pleasant one. The true strength of Locanda dei Duchi is the cuisine: rustic, authentic, and flavorful. From the appetizers, including focaccia and typical dishes, to the pizzas, always excellent and accompanied by the house wine, every dish reflects the authentic flavors of Apulian tradition. I return every year and will continue to return, because it's a place that combines tradition, nature, and authentic flavors, with a familiar and welcoming atmosphere that stays in your heart. 19/12/2025: We arrived at lunch time, the place was closed at this time of the year (open on weekends only), but Joseppe was so kind and welcomed us in, he prepared for us his amazing focccia and more delicious food!!! And the wine was fantastic…Don’t miss this authentic Italian restaurant if you are in the area❤️
