19/08/2025: The food is good, and the tables are good, but unless you have two hours available for lunch, it could be a problem. We arrived at 1 PM and ordered right afterward. The place was half empty, and we waited an hour and a half for five sushi orders. You can wait that long sitting at a table watching the waiters upstairs and downstairs bring dishes, and yours never arrives.

29/06/2025: I was really impressed by this restaurant: the sushi is very fresh, prepared with great care and presented in an elegant way. Every bite is an explosion of flavors, especially the special nigiri and uramaki, absolutely worth trying! The staff is kind, helpful and attentive, without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is relaxing and refined, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the quality of the fish and the variety of the menu. I will definitely be back!

22/11/2025: I am the driver of a group that I brought here to this hotel, we stayed for several days, the service was excellent, perfect, bus parking right outside the hotel with the boy who also helps you with parking, everyone very polite and very good and easy-going, the food was always very good and of quality, all the waiters very polite and professional especially the 34 year old girl who was really very very professional and very beautiful

I would choose Sapore dei Miracoli a hundred times over with my eyes closed. The food was excellent and pleasantly surprised all my guests. The staff handled every aspect impeccably. 💙

08/01/2026: I've been to 48 Sedie in Andria a couple of times, and I have to say I'm truly impressed. It's a charming, elegant, and well-kept place, with a pleasant atmosphere that makes it perfect for both a family dinner and a night out with friends. The real surprise was the pizza, which was truly delicious: the dough is well-made, light, and easy to digest, and there's a wide variety of pizzas, with different types and toppings, so it's easy to find something everyone likes. The appetizers are also carefully prepared and tasty, perfect for starting your meal. The restaurant is large and well-organized, with both an indoor and outdoor area, so you can choose your dining options based on the season or time of day. The environment is clean and tidy, pleasant to look at and enjoy. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to offer advice or accommodate any customer needs. Although the restaurant can get busy and crowded at peak times, the wait has never been excessive, and the service remains efficient. Of course, I'd recommend booking during peak periods to be on the safe side. The prices are fair, not excessive, and in line with the quality of the food and service. In short, 48 Sedie is a place I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy good pizza in an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff, and the option of choosing between inside and outside seating, depending on your preferences.

26/01/2026: We went yesterday for our daughter's baptism. We weren't familiar with this place, it had been recommended to us. We'd definitely choose it again; we had a wonderful time, and so did our guests. These are just some of the photos of what we ate, but there's so much more... My compliments go to the kitchen, especially—having been in the industry, I know what goes into it—to the waiters for their incredible patience during these days, and we take Valentina, the wonderful person she is, for granted. 18/11/2025: We were allowed to park here over lunchtime and visit Castel del Monte via a lovely hiking trail. We ended up staying for lunch, even though it wasn't a requirement. The food was very good, albeit expensive, and the service was friendly thanks to a young man – a wonderful experience.

17/02/2026: For my taste, I give the focaccia barese an EXCELLENT rating. The pizza was good, though I didn't quite get my full appreciation because it was crunchy, thicker than usual, but light and with excellent toppings. The food is good, served by friendly, young staff in a beautiful location. In the evening, you dine in a dreamy atmosphere, nestled among the towering trees of the municipal park.

31/01/2026: I ordered 2 takeaway pizzas, basically 1 Margherita and 1 white Margherita with cardoncelli mushrooms (maybe by putting the pieces together a whole mushroom came out) the worst thing was the mozzarella!!! which tasted like cheese 🙃🙃🙃, very ugly, all for the price of €17.50😬 oh well
