19/10/2025: I'm not rating him lower just out of respect for one of the two owners, who apologized to us and made amends. There are many things to review. This should be a reason to improve.
12/10/2025: I went on a Saturday night for pizza with family. The atmosphere is nice, and parking was easy. When we entered, the waitresses sat us at our reserved table. They handed us menus, and after a while, a waitress asked if we were ready to order. We were ready, and then she disappeared. After a while, another waitress came to take our orders. We ordered three plates of fries, and after a twenty-minute wait, two plates arrived first, followed by the last one. They made up for the pizza and were quite quick. The menu isn't very extensive: only a few pizzas, and the prices are decidedly high: a Margherita is €6, all other pizzas start at €10. As we were finishing our meal, from the exchanges between the owner and the waitresses (in a manner bordering on polite), we realized we needed to vacate the table, and as soon as we'd finished, we asked for the bill and went to pay. I won't be going back! The pizza isn't the best, either; there are better.

was good.
05/10/2025: Overrated pizzeria, the quality/price ratio is embarrassing; you pay too much for a mediocre pizza. Also, one evening we ordered pizzas and a friend of mine found all the toppings from his 4-cheese pizza on the box.

28/11/2025: I discovered modern gastronomy a year and a half ago on a Tik Tok live stream where Silvia showed some Disney pieces. My first purchase was in fact Cinderella's carriage. She was very kind, the package arrived the next day and was well protected. She is a wonderful person. In every package she makes, she puts freebies in it. This year, apart from everything else, I have become very fond of her. Her mother is also a wonderful person, exceptional gastronomic products, also the Disney department, thanks to which I discovered the Disney Jim Shore statues and I created my collection. Thanks so much to you, Silvia, your mother and everyone 🥰🥰
28/11/2025: I have been covering La moderna gastronomica for a year and a half, having met her in a live on Tiktok where Silvia showed some Disney statues and from there my collection began and not only do they also sell excellent products to eat, I highly recommend them for their excellent professionalism and kindness ❣️❤️

23/02/2025: Il posto? Un misto tra il rustico e il moderno, quel design che cerca di dirti "qui si mangia bene" ma senza sembrare troppo fighetto. I camerieri? Veloci, senza troppe moine. Perfetto, odio le moine. Ma la vera domanda è una sola: ‘sta pizza sarà degna di un'ode o finirà nell'elenco delle delusioni culinarie?
Arriva. E già l’odore mi fa quasi venire voglia di baciarmi il pizzaiolo in fronte. Il bordo è di quelli giusti, né mattonella né sottile come un’ostia. Il pomodoro ha quella nota acidula che non mente, la mozzarella fila senza pietà, l’impasto ha il giusto crunch senza diventare un chewing gum da strada. E poi l’olio: c’è, ma non ti unge le dita come se stessi cambiando l’olio alla macchina. Prima fetta, seconda, terza… un attimo, sono già alla quarta? Cristo santo, sto per piangere.
02/02/2025: La pizza è ottima, ma il titolare è scorbutico, maleducato e prepotente.
Inoltre locale strapieno, e tavoli attaccati tra di loro. Per liberare il tavolo ti mettono pressione, quasi cacciandoti.

09/03/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare in questa pizzeria, scoperta per caso su Instagram, dopo aver letto di alcuni premi ricevuti.
Dato che sono un’estimatrice della pizza, ho voluto provare e devo dire che è andato tutto al di là delle aspettative! Cibo napoletano vero, frittatine e pizza doc!
Personale giovane ma super super gentile!
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!
