Exceptional pizzeria to say the least, they don't make the usual pizza so to speak!!!!!
They use high quality ingredients and combine them in a unique way.
There were six of us and we ordered 6 pizzas, each one different from the other and one better than the other.
Efficient and highly trained staff. super recommended!!!!

18/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena in questa nota braceria. Tutto ottimo, carne di alta qualità, vini sezionati e personale molto cortese. Location caratteristica. Tutto perfetto, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
11/08/2024: Una cena carina, si è mangiato bene e abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata. L acarne era buona e il vino pure, ci è piaciuto anche il vino. Ci torneremo in una altra occsione.

We enjoyed excellent food, with traditional homemade dishes, prepared with passion.
The staff is always friendly and polite and at the same time punctual.
The welcoming atmosphere, to make you feel at home.

04/05/2024: Scarsa capacità di gestione degli ordinazioni... La cameriera ci ha invogliati ad ordinare degli antipasti per temporeggiare...ad onor del vero ci ha anche informati dei tempi d'attesa ...una mezz'oretta...ci siamo seduti alle 20.50, ordinato alle 21.20, la prima pizza è arrivata alle 22.40...siamo in 8 e 2 bambine ...con tanta pazienza !
24/04/2024: Pizzeria napoletana verace esistente da 13 anni, ma scoperta solo di recente grazie a un conoscente che la frequenta spesso. Da fuori non senbra granchè, ma una volta dentro l'ambiente è piacevole e famigliare, ricorda i locali di Napoli, personale gentile, soprattutto il cameriere ricciolino.
Diverse pizze con vari impasti, compreso il doppia cottura (prima fritto e poi passato nel forno). Abbiamo provato l'impasto integrale bello croccante e il doppia cottura, entrambi scrocchiarelli e ottimi. Buona scelta di birre anche se mi sarei aspettato almeno una birra zero alcol. Diversi dolci della casa, abbiamo assaggiato il babà. Prezzi onesti. Se dovessi tornare in zona ci ritornerò volentieri.

31/08/2024: I have frequented this pizzeria often over the last 3 years. Unfortunately in recent experiences I have noticed a sharp deterioration in the quality of the pizza and the service. Pizzas often arrive burnt. On the last occasion (about a week ago) I asked to redo the pizza because it was almost totally black underneath. After a few minutes, the service manager came to the table to argue, saying that black was synonymous with "well cooked" and that a wood-fired oven does not generate burnt pizzas. To get the new pizza we had to wait a long time.

17/07/2024: Abbiamo aspettato nonostante la prenotazione, personale in affanno, un calice di vino bianco appena riempito a 5 euro ma soprattutto i prezzi nel conto finale non corrispondono al menù. Non credo lo consiglierò!

22/01/2024: Una delle migliori pizzerie del nord barese, specialmente se guardiamo al rapporto qualità-prezzo. Uno dei pochi locali dove è ancora possibile trovare la margherita a 4,50€, ormai più rara del sacro Graal. Ci sono spesso andato con amici e non mi sono mai trovato male, un po' difficile da raggiungere vista la distanza, ma è sempre un buon punto di riferimento se volete uscire in zone come Ruvo, Corato, Terlizzi. Impasto e ingredienti ottimi!

25/08/2024: Very organised, good choice of meat, with tables for consumption in a corner of the historic centre.
22/08/2024: Butcher/braceria in Terlizzi recommended by friends.
We were not satisfied not with the quality of the meat but with the cost above average compared to places of the same level and the service. Table booked at 9.30pm, we were seated at 10.30pm.
Nothing to object to the quality of the meat, quite negative note on the cost. A simple platter of vegetables costs 10 euros, two bottles of wine 50 euros, carpaccio 18 euros. I also noticed that he weighed the various types of meat (sausage, yamredd, kebabs and entrecotè) with the price of the entrecotè which is absolutely not normal, dramatically increasing the total price of the meat.
Moral of the story 65 EURO each. In places of the same level I pay a maximum of 35 euros. I bear these costs at seafood restaurants.
Naturally we will not go back again, although the quality of the meat is good but not justified by the price increased dramatically without justification.
