14/12/2024: Exceptional organization and hospitality. Very attentive and friendly staff, dishes prepared with innovative combinations and attention and care for intolerances. Cleanliness of the rooms, care of the entertainment of the little ones and the rest of the guests were very welcome. The moment of cutting the cake is evocative among lights, special effects, colors and smells that come out of the "Christmas markets" full of traditional sweets, roasted chestnuts and goodies that end the day in the best way. Highly recommended

07/12/2024: We chose Casananna as the location of our wedding, as, from the first meeting, Alina and Antonio immediately put us at ease, reassuring us of the success of the party! The location is very elegant and with attention to every detail. Our guests were amazed and thrilled with the service and lunch! Antonio was a real guardian angel, he accompanied us step by step at every moment of the day, without ever forgetting any request made by the guests. 15/10/2024: Traditional food and modern combinations, really really good. There were six of us, we had various appetizers, zampina, exceptionally marinated chicken wings, excellent desserts and house wine, very pleasant. The staff is competent and helpful. I will happily return, also because it was my second time after a year, and I found everything the same way.

23/11/2024: Wonderful "characteristic" restaurant in the heart of Puglia, about 40 kilometers from Bari. As soon as you enter you will be greeted by a beautiful counter displaying the best meat in the area 😁. Bombette of all types, cured meats, tartare, cuts of fine meat and so on and so forth. Once you have made your choice, you sit down and after completing your order, everything you initially chose will begin to arrive. The environment is wonderful, the staff friendly and the place very well kept and clean. I can only recommend a visit to "La Tradizione" if you are in the area (and even if you are not). 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️

22/11/2024: Excellent food and served quickly despite the confusion, kind and very professional waiters, they accompany you to the table and are always present but never intrusive, the brunette girl with the tail served us giving us advice on which wine to pair and which side dish, we will be back.

24/09/2024: We stayed in Sammichele di Bari for a wedding. The night before, we found this restaurant by chance: it was a pleasant discovery! The owner is very courteous, we ate some mixed appetizers and a Margherita pizza.

02/11/2024: I do not recommend the location, improvised, disorganized and also unpolite waiters. We ordered appetizers that did not arrive, also suffering doubt from the waiter, who claimed they had been brought, with considerable discomfort towards our fellow diners in response to the request. Furthermore, the cut was not of good quality.

13/10/2024: I'll start by offering my most sincere compliments to all the staff, the very welcoming and very nice lady. High quality meat, all excellent side dishes, what can I say! Fair price, I highly recommend it. Wonderful trip out of town, I will happily return.
