Beyond the beauty of the venue (the photos speak for themselves), from the first contact with Alina and then the rest of the group, it was like planning a wedding with friends, people whose passion for this profession shone through, while always taking your opinions and preferences into account. Professional, kind, and always available, they created a day my wife and I will never forget... And judging by the comments, it seems like neither did the guests. ^^ The attention to detail in the setting, the friendly staff, the top-notch food, not a single flaw. 29/07/2026: Our first dinner in Puglia: we're in Sammichele di Bari, and we couldn't have started better. Tradition comes to life here: the wife carves the meat, the husband expertly cooks it. A perfect team effort reflected in every dish. Under a splendid full moon, amid the irresistible aroma of grilled meat and an authentic atmosphere, the evening at Vignale was simply unforgettable. If you're looking for authentic flavors and Apulian hospitality, this is the place to be.

11/08/2026: What a spectacle!! I'll start with the key point: the quality-price ratio is perfect. Mind you! Not cheap, but perfect. To achieve this, nothing needs to change. You choose your meat at the fresh counter and have it cooked. The service is impeccable, with regard to order, the order of arrival, and the cooking. The stairs to the upper floor are steep, not easy for those with mobility issues. The staff is friendly and able to manage the dining room even with a large number of people. The price, I repeat, is excellent for the quality, but if it were a little more or a little less expensive, there would be something wrong. The desserts are delicious, the wine is acceptable, but I've seen better. The entrance, where you choose your meat and pay, isn't very convenient. A bit confusing and sometimes crowded. Overall, 10 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

19/06/2026: For the end-of-year dinner, some colleagues chose this pizzeria: thin and crispy pizza, good but not exceptional for me; average appetizers; good dessert (I had an almond parfait, which I enjoyed). In short, nothing special, but the bill seemed a bit pricey, honestly, considering I only ate the meat as appetizers, not throughout the meal... a shame.

18/08/2026: The meat quality was excellent, with a wide selection. The daily menu included some truly excellent BBQ ribs. The only downside was the noisy and crowded atmosphere, with too much talking, probably coming from the large tables we found. Excellent service and helpful waiters.

05/08/2026: This was my first time at this grill restaurant, and I must say I confirmed my instincts: I'd found good food and a great atmosphere, with prices still affordable for the season. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.
