06/01/2026: After a couple of meat-based evenings, we returned to Vignale for Sunday lunch, and it lived up to expectations. I share my experience. They also resolved the dog issue, as I had booked but forgot to inform them of his presence. They explained that they usually check to make sure no one has allergies or "incompatibilities" with animals. Aside from the delicious ash-fried potatoes, which we had already tried in the past, we ordered caramelized onions and French fries, before focusing on the meat we had ordered from the butcher upon arrival. We shared among five people the various classic bombettes, breaded, with pistachio and speck, livers, zampina wheels, and finally a tagliata, medium rare, very tender. Meanwhile, a heifer steak on hot lava stone passed before us, destined for the next table, which we looked at with regret. I'll be back for it! Excellent value, I recommend it, it won't disappoint with its excellent, no-frills quality. We also found friendliness, but evidently it also depends on how one relates to others.

28/12/2025: We had lunch here today and couldn't have chosen better. The food was excellent. The potatoes under the ashes were simply delicious; they took us back to when our grandparents used to prepare them this way. The meat was delicious and of high quality. Thank you.

15/01/2026: I'd like to express my immense gratitude to La Tradizione - Fornello Pugliese. We came from Warsaw to meet our Italian family, and although we've visited many places, this one will forever remain in our hearts! The quality of the meat is incredible! Nothing in the truffle tartare covered the authentic flavor of the raw material. The steaks were served exactly as we requested. The portions are incredibly generous... When they brought us the veal strips with arugula, I was amazed by the size of the plate... Lemon was the only thing I wanted to add to that work of art, and it was already there on the plate! Honestly, when the truffle meatballs arrived, I was already on edge... but of course I had to try that masterpiece. Like everything else: phenomenal! Excellent beer and quality white and rosé wines. We ended the evening with dessert. I don't even remember what we ordered exactly, but I'm sure any of their desserts are 10/10! A special thanks goes to the staff. The waiters and the guys at the meat counter were incredibly kind. They treated us like old friends! Thank you so much. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come visit you! This is more than a restaurant, it's pure emotion. Thank you! P.S. I apologize for not attaching photos, but I didn't want to take my phone out in such a beautiful atmosphere. 21/11/2025: And what can I say?! Absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! Crispy, thin crust, it doesn't fall apart or fall apart when you cut it. And the meat? Delicious too! Make sure to book well in advance, as the place—beautiful, well-kept, and huge—is always packed. A full 5 stars!

You feel the passage of time, but the quality of the food and the personality of the place will stay with you, involving you in a high-quality culinary experience. Don't come if you're looking for, or expecting, something chic. Here, you'll find it. The tradition and affection of old-fashioned owners...who, reluctantly, can't allow the present to trample on the past. Delicious meat...We're in Sammichele, traditional first courses...excellent cured meats, comfortable location.

03/12/2025: Highly recommended. Everything was exceptionally good, from the bread to the taralli and the cartellate. Everything was stone-baked. A very important detail... the production date and the expiration date are listed. Ready-made meals. Very tasty. Ms. Marianna was very kind and helpful.
