Super tuna tartare, roasted cuttlefish, delicious fried food
29/07/2024: I was craving fish fry, but it didn't go as I hoped. I'm sorry, young and kind guys, but serving is something else. Bottle of wine served already opened, big mistake, fried fish served three minutes after the order, already ready. Frying is one of those things you can't have ready, it doesn't exist. Second hot course served almost at the same time. That's no good. I hope for the kids that they draw inspiration from my complaints to improve.

At breakfast, among the vast choice of desserts it is possible to taste croissants whose dough has oil as an ingredient... the rich appetizer buffet is also delicious... clean location and well-kept outdoor spaces

19/08/2024: Service was partly very nice, partly overwhelmed. Something was always missing and had to be reordered.
The food was okay if you added some seasoning, but not the vegan main course! It was ice cold and very tasteless. Cold vegetables, but very nicely presented.
Rather outrageous for 12 euros.
Without the vegan main course I would give the meal 3-4 stars.

We ordered the pizzas and they arrived in 15 minutes (very fast service)
The pizza with Neapolitan dough is delicious and the one with 7-grain dough is superb
Highly recommended and we will return as soon as we have more time

Sono un'amante della carne e qui ho trovato varietà e qualità eccezionale su tutto quello che ho preso, dalla tartare alla carne arrostita, buonissimi anche i contorni, cipolle e parate arrostite e il dolce, un tortino al cioccolato.
Ottimo anche il vino della casa, un buon Primitivo tradizionale. Tornerò sicuramente anche per provare la pastorale e la trippa. A presto!

27/08/2024: Not a positive experience given that after waiting for a table to become free we were outclassed by another group of guys, I sincerely hope not because they had a more elegant and expensive outfit. Plus a long wait even though it was a weekday. The external environment, the garden, however deserves a positive point. Our consumption only concerns the drinks, which are very particular and were appreciated.
21/08/2024: Nice place, courteous service but the sushi not delivered, bill too salty for normal quality, sushi served at too low a temperature!

08/08/2024: Prima volta a Gioia del Colle e la mia compagna mi suggerisce questo posto... che dire.
Accolti in modo professionale e molto gentile dal responsabile di sala Samuele che ci consiglia due vini eccezionali. Abbiamo preso due aperitivi completi che sono stati una goduria. Tutto ottimo con la piacevole sorpresa districare anche pietanze gourmet. Lo consiglio vivamente.
A proposito, il vino era un Muro Sant'Angelo cantine Chiaromonte (primitivobdi Gioia) e un prosecco davvero ottimo.
29/06/2024: Zero attenzione all’utenza. Attesa ingiustificata (col senno di poi) e prolungata di oltre mezz’ora, per un posto a sedere prenotato all’arrivo, e poi dato a clienti arrivati dopo di noi, cui è stato permesso di passarci avanti.

Strano ma vero , una cittadina della bassa Murgia Barese un ristorante a base di pesce . Ottimo pesce e ben preparato. Da ritornare . Personale gentile e ben disponibile .

21/08/2024: The owner is truly a lovely and welcoming person. The place is very nice and familiar, but above all the food is very good. Abundant dishes and really good appetizers are also offered. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We were there on the first evening and immediately booked for the next day. Highly recommended!
