09/08/2025: We arrived at the restaurant at 2 p.m. The waiter let us sit down and then came to bring us the menus, specifying that they were no longer serving pizza. We chose our dishes, but when it came time to order, he announced that we could only order two different dishes for three people, forcing us to agree. After about 40 minutes of waiting, the dishes arrived... and surprise: the pasta was identical in both dishes, even though the menu listed two different types of pasta. Furthermore, I had ordered tomato, tuna, and burrata pasta, but there was only a spoonful of stracciatella. The taste was still good, but I would have appreciated the waiter specifying from the start that several dishes were no longer available, especially given the time of our arrival. This would have avoided disappointment and allowed us to choose more confidently.

12/12/2025: Welcoming place Relaxing music Sushi Gio: the best dish, followed by the rolls (especially the trio of tuna rolls). The nigiri are good, but not exceptional and small (especially the red shrimp and sea urchin ones) considering the price. The miso soup is very salty. Nothing like the miso soup you eat in Japan in terms of flavor and texture. Yaki soba and hosomaki are tasty and delicate; excellent quality. The quality of the oil is seriously low and doesn't reflect the high standards and price of the place; being in Puglia, one expects excellent quality oil; otherwise, it would be better not to use it at all to avoid muddying the flavors of the dishes.

04/01/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic center of Bitonto. The first course, featuring cardoncello mushrooms (€20 for the dish, which raises expectations), was a sore point. The pasta, poorly combined with the sauce, immediately tasted strange. We reported the anomaly to the friendly wait staff and sent the dish back to the kitchen. We would have expected at least a brief apology from the chef when we received the bill, which we would have paid anyway. The "mangiaresano" (healthy eating) on ​​the Wi-Fi password should be changed to "mangiaresanosetivabene" (eatinghealthyandhealthy). Anyone who ate those two forkfuls of pasta before sending it back reported severe stomach pains. A bit disappointed.

There was no one in the bar... the barista thought I wouldn't notice, so she heated the milk, put it in the glass, and stained it with the coffee she had aside. I said, "Excuse me, I didn't hear the sound of the coffee machine arm when it's making..." He said, "No." I had just made it for myself... we all know how to make espresso. After paying, I didn't drink, and I told him, "Drink it, don't make fun of me." I acted like a gentleman and left. "Shame on you... after what it costs."

18/12/2025: I was passing by and we had an aperitivo with some appetizers. The fried foods were good, nothing exceptional, but just right to keep you from getting hungry before lunch. The prices were fair, and I also saw some nice portions of pastiera, which I took home and tried at the end of the meal. The pastiera was excellent, and I'll definitely be back for more. I highly recommend you visit them.

Despite a very extensive menu (burgers, salads, meats, pinsa, club sandwiches), they guarantee excellent quality on all their dishes, and that's certainly not an easy thing to do.
