30/01/2025: Reminder for me: delicious croissants, especially the pistachio one, large and stuffed, among the best in the city; chocolate cake and chocolate donut with lots of fillings. Edit from January '24: I'm sorry to say it, but the service is nice, it depends on the waiter, sometimes they charge you a cover charge and sometimes they don't. Happened last week. If I don't take anything, there is a reason, it's not that due to medical reasons I even have to have the insult of paying for nothing, given that the previous times they didn't charge for it and I must say that the waiter didn't even show up. made it clear (and he certainly did it on purpose), we thought that the cover charge was for everyone, then we realized that it was just for me, but even so, maybe I would have had half a dessert with someone else or half a drink (there's no need that the waiters cut our croissants, so much so there is always one dish, we might as well cut it ourselves), so I would have consumed food and wouldn't have had to pay the cover charge, the waiter who knows if we split the food in two later; I was the only one in a group of seven who couldn't take anything, we weren't 3 in a group of seven (who would have understood wanting to charge a cover charge), but it was 1 in 7, the absolute minority. Either you always or never pay for it, not out of sympathy, for this reason alone I should reduce it to 3 stars.

06/01/2025: We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant on the eve of the Epiphany. The owner Franco welcomed us and paid a lot of attention, giving us lots of laughs throughout the dinner with magic and word games. The location is welcoming and the service was impeccable. We started with mixed appetizers, then various pizzas and spaghetti all'assassina with stracciatella accompanied by a bottle of Chiacchiericcio rosé wine, to end with various desserts (stuffed cannoli, soufflé...). A true spectacle for the palate, for the eyes and for entertainment! Thanks from all of us. Tony 🧲

22/10/2024: Beautiful evening with our old friends, we were welcomed in a kind manner, the place was furnished in a simple and functional way. We ordered pizzas, very little waiting. Really excellent pizzas, compliments to the pizza chef and the very nice waiters. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

22/02/2025: Siamo stati da Matsu ieri sera con la mia famiglia ed un caro amico. La location bella, rilassante e curatissima nei dettagli. Il personale cortese, disponibile e molto gentile con i nostri bambini i quali hanno gustato un primo ed un secondo buonissimo e di qualità elevata. Ci siamo affidati al personale affidandoci ad una esperienza culinaria fatta di una serie di degustazione pazzesche accompagnate con dell'ottimo vino bianco suggeritoci sempre dal personale. Abbiamo infine gustato dei dolci ottimi. Tutto perfettamente presentato, tutto buonissimo tutto bellissimo. È stata una cena che vorremmo ripetere quanto prima! Abbiamo pagato ben volentieri la corretta cifra conforme a tutto quello che ci è stato offerto. Matsu è una esperienza, un viaggio culinario, una ricerca di cibi che non hai già rivisto prima. Lo consiglio vivamente. I nostri più sentiti complimenti allo staff e al titolare! Daniele.

16/02/2025: Il giorno 13 febbraio, programmo un ordine da Glovo piattaforma da voi utilizzata per potermi organizzare la cena di San Valentino dopo aver effettuato l’ordine ed essere stato accettato il giorno 14 febbraio alle ore 20:30 ( la cena dovrà essere consegnata tra le 20 e le 20:30) mi viene annullato l’ordine, rimanendo praticamente senza cena in un giorno così particolare . Dopo aver inviato messaggi su WhatsApp e svariate chiamate con nessuna risposta.. complimenti per la professionalità

It's a shame that we ordered a first course and a second course to split and the second course arrived first and then the first course without us being told anything about the mix-up and not even being brought some bread unless we asked for it.

22/12/2024: I had dinner in this really disappointing barbecue place. Starting with the slow service, tablecloth was dirty, napkins and water non-existent. Starters nothing exceptional (a simple plate of bruschetta for four people, two plates of carpaccio and a plate of brasciole for the modest sum of €80). There was little choice regarding the meat, and meat was added without our consent, paying for it because it was already ready. Potatoes were requested as a side dish and they did not arrive, the entrecotte was totally raw. The price for a plate of bruschetta, two plates of carpaccio, one of brasciole, one sliced ​​steak and two entrecottas was €140 (€70 per couple). The specific receipt was requested since it was not made by the owner, but everything was anything but "specific", the bill was done in mind from an iPhone calculator, without knowing the relative prices. No menu, there are appetizers that the waiter offers but you can take one or ten and the price does not change. Terrible experience, definitely not recommended to anyone.

22/12/2024: Sono stata a cena in questa braceria davvero deludente. A partire dal servizio lento, la tovaglia era sporca, tovaglioli e acqua inesistenti. Antipasti nulla di eccezionale (un semplice piatto di bruschette per quattro persone , due piatti di carpaccio e un piatto di brasciole alla modica cifra di €80). C’era poca scelta riguardo la carne, ed è stata aggiunta carne senza il nostro consenso, pagandola perché già pronta. Come contorno sono state richieste delle patate e non sono arrivate, l’entrecotte era totalmente cruda. Il prezzo per un piatto di bruschette, due piatti di carpaccio, uno di brasciole, una tagliata e due entrecotte è stato di €140 (€70 a coppia). È stato richiesto lo scontrino specifico poiché non effettuato dal titolare, ma tutto era tranne che “specifico”, il conto è stato fatto a mente dalla calcolatrice di un iPhone, senza sapere i relativi prezzi. Menu assente, sono presenti degli antipasti che il cameriere propone ma puoi prenderne uno o dieci e il prezzo non cambia. Pessima esperienza, sicuramente sarà sconsigliato a chiunque.
